Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh attachment style (dimensi anxiety dan avoidant) terhadap komponen cinta pada hubungan romantis pada Generasi Z di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional, sampel sebanyak 146 responden dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan instrumen kuesioner daring berbasis Google Form. Data variabel diukur menggunakan Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised (ECR-R) versi Bahasa Indonesia dan Triangular Love Scale-15 (TLS-15) versi Bahasa Indonesia, lalu dianalisis memakai uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa attachment style secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komponen cinta hubungan romantis (F=61,433; p<0,001) dengan kontribusi sebesar 46,2%. Uji parsial membuktikan bahwa dimensi attachment avoidant terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (B=-19,504; =-0,689; p<0,001), sedangkan dimensi attachment anxiety tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (p=0,429). Kesimpulannya, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa attachment avoidance merupakan faktor risiko dominan yang menurunkan komponen cinta pada hubungan romantis Generasi Z di Jabodetabek. ***** This study aims to examine the influence of attachment style (anxiety and avoidance dimensions) on love components in romantic relationships among Z Generation in Jabodetabek. Utilizing a quantitative correlational approach, a sample of 146 respondents were selected through purposive sampling using an online questionnaire via Google Form. Data were measured using the Indonesian versions of the Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised (ECR-R) and the Indonesian versions of the Triangular Love Scale-15 (TLS-15), then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that attachment style simultaneously had a significant influence on romantic relationships (F=61,433; p<0,001), contributing 46.2% to the variance of romantic relationships (B=-19,504; =-0,689; p<0,001), whereas the attachment anxiety dimension did not show a significant influence (p=0,429). In conclusion, these findings indicate that attachment avoidance is the dominant risk factor that decreases the stability and quality of romantic relationships among Z Generation in Jabodetabek.
