Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi estetika mendorong penggunaan Radio Frequency (RF) Terapi sebagai metode non-invasif untuk peremajaan kulit dan pengurangan kerutan wajah. Namun, penggunaan alat RF memerlukan pemahaman mengenai prosedur, pengaturan parameter, teknik aplikasi, dan aspek keselamatan. Hasil observasi di Klinik X menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial masih terbatas sehingga beautician mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami prosedur secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan video tutorial prosedur penggunaan Radio Frequency (RF) terapi untuk kerutan wajah yang layak dan praktis sebagai media pembelajaran bagi beautician. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala Likert yang diberikan kepada dua ahli materi, satu ahli media, dan enam beautician sebagai responden uji praktikalitas. Hasil validasi menunjukkan persentase kelayakan oleh ahli materi sebesar 93,6% dan ahli media sebesar 100%, keduanya termasuk kategori Sangat Layak. Hasil uji praktikalitas memperoleh persentase 94,5% dengan kategori Sangat Praktis. Dengan demikian, video tutorial yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak dan sangat praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan media pendukung pelatihan bagi beautician dalam melaksanakan prosedur Radio Frequency (RF) terapi sesuai standar operasional. **** The advancement of aesthetic technology has encouraged the use of Radio Frequency (RF) Therapy as a non-invasive method for skin rejuvenation and facial wrinkle reduction. However, the use of RF devices requires an adequate understanding of operational procedures, parameter settings, application techniques, and safety aspects. Preliminary observations at Clinic X revealed that video-based learning media on RF procedures were limited, making it difficult for beauticians to understand and perform the procedure systematically. This study aimed to develop a video tutorial on the procedure for using Radio Frequency (RF) therapy for facial wrinkles that is feasible and practical as a learning medium for beauticians. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to two material experts, one media expert, and six beauticians as practicality test respondents. The results showed that the average feasibility score from the material experts was 93.6%, while the media expert evaluation reached 100%, both categorized as Highly Feasible. The practicality test conducted with six beauticians obtained a score of 94.5%, categorized as Highly Practical. Therefore, the developed video tutorial is considered highly feasible and highly practical as a learning medium and training support for beauticians in performing Radio Frequency (RF) therapy procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures.
