Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesesuaian latihan (Übungen) dalam buku Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 (Kursbuch-Teil) dengan ketujuh kriteria analisis latihan yang dikemukakan oleh Hans-Jürgen Krumm, serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kriteria Differenzierung secara khusus mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar siswa yang beragam sebagaimana dituntut oleh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dilengkapi dengan kuantifikasi frekuensi sederhana untuk memberikan gambaran umum mengenai tingkat pemenuhan tiap kriteria. Analisis terhadap 118 data menunjukkan bahwa buku Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 (Kursbuch-Teil) telah memenuhi enam dari tujuh kriteria latihan yang baik menurut Hans-Jürgen Krumm, yaitu Arbeitsanweisungen (92,4%), Fertigkeiten, Übungstypen, Übungsformen, Zusammenhang (72,9%), dan Wiederholung (94,1%), yang secara umum teridentifikasi dengan baik dalam buku ajar. Sementara itu, kriteria Differenzierung menunjukkan capaian yang relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan kriteria lainnya: sebanyak 16,1% menunjukkan diferensiasi pada materi latihan yang disajikan, sedangkan sebagian besar data lainnya belum menunjukkan unsur diferensiasi secara eksplisit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah enam dari tujuh kriteria analisis latihan yang dikemukakan oleh Hans-Jürgen Krumm teridentifikasi dengan baik dalam buku ajar Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 (Kursbuch-Teil), sehingga buku ajar tersebut dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran bahasa Jerman secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Meskipun demikian, capaian pada kriteria Differenzierung yang masih relatif rendah menunjukkan bahwa dukungan buku ajar ini terhadap pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagaimana diharapkan oleh Kurikulum Merdeka masih dapat lebih dioptimalkan. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk turut memodifikasi dan melengkapi latihan yang tersedia, baik dari segi konten, proses, maupun produk, agar kebutuhan belajar siswa yang beragam dapat terakomodasi dengan lebih baik. ***** The purpose of this study is to analyze how well the exercises (Übungen) in the textbook Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 (Kursbuch-Teil) meet the seven exercise analysis criteria proposed by Hans-Jürgen Krumm. This study also aims to find out how far the Differenzierung (differentiation) criterion specifically supports the different learning needs of students, as required by differentiated learning in the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, supported by simple frequency counting to give a general picture of how well each criterion is fulfilled. The analysis of 118 data points shows that the textbook Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 (Kursbuch-Teil) has fulfilled six out of the seven criteria for good exercises according to Hans-Jürgen Krumm. These are Arbeitsanweisungen (92.4%), Fertigkeiten, Übungstypen, Übungsformen, Zusammenhang (72.9%), and Wiederholung (94.1%), which were generally identified well in the textbook. Meanwhile, the Differenzierung criterion shows a relatively lower result compared to the other criteria: only 16.1% of the exercises show differentiation in the material presented, while most of the remaining data do not yet show clear elements of differentiation. The conclusion of this study is that six out of the seven exercise analysis criteria proposed by Hans-Jürgen Krumm are well identified in the textbook Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 (Kursbuch-Teil), so this textbook can support the process of learning German in a systematic and structured way. However, the still relatively low result for the Differenzierung criterion shows that this textbook's support for differentiated learning, as expected by the Kurikulum Merdeka, can still be improved further. Therefore, teachers are advised to modify and add to the available exercises, in terms of content, process, and product, so that the different learning needs of students can be accommodated better.
