Abstract

****** This study aims to examine the Innovative behavior model of teachers by analyzing the roles of Transformational Leadership, Self-efficacy, and Knowledge sharing among members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI). In the context of rapid educational change, teachers' ability to innovate is a key factor in improving the quality of learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) based Structural Equation Modeling to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that Self-efficacy has a positive and strongest influence on Innovative behavior. Knowledge sharing is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on Innovative behavior. In addition, Self-efficacy has a positive effect on Knowledge sharing, indicating that teachers' self-confidence encourages openness in sharing knowledge. Although Transformational Leadership does not have a significant direct effect on Innovative behavior, this leadership style has been proven to have a significant effect on Self-efficacy and Knowledge sharing. Mediation testing confirmed that the influence of leadership on Innovative behavior occurs indirectly through these two variables, with the mediation path through Self-efficacy as the most dominant mechanism. These findings confirm that teacher innovation is shaped more by strengthening psychological aspects and collaborative culture than by direct leadership influence. This study contributes theoretically to the development of Social Learning Theory in the context of teacher professional organizations and provides practical recommendations for strengthening leadership and developing Selfefficacy to build a sustainable innovative ecosystem.
