Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya rasa percaya diri peserta didik dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada praktek langgang nyai. Model Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions diterapkan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melalui penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Tari Betawi Kreasi Lenggang Nyai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model John Elliot, karena pada setiap siklusnya memiliki tahapan yang komprehensif. Melalui dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, penilaian performa dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian mengukur aspek percaya diri yang meliputi keberanian tampil, kemampuan berkomunikasi, keaktifan dalam kelompok, dan sikap positif terhadap diri sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rasa percaya diri peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Presentase rasa percaya diri didik meningkat dari 65% pada pra siklus menjadi 72,5% pada siklus I dan 80,5% pada siklus II. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Tari Betawi Kreasi Lenggang Nyai. ***** This research is based on the lack of confidence of students in extracurricular activities in the practice of langgang nyai. The Student Teams Achievement Divisions type Cooperative Learning model is applied to increase student confidence. The purpose of this study is through the application of the Cooperative Learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type in the extracurricular activities of the Betawi Dance Kreasi Lenggang Nyai. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with the John Elliot model, because each cycle has comprehensive stages. Through two cycles. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, performance assessment and documentation. The research instrument measures confidence aspects which include the courage to perform, the ability to communicate, activeness in the group, and positive attitude towards oneself. The results of the study show that students' confidence has increased in each cycle. The percentage of student confidence increased from 65% in the pre-cycle to 72.5% in the first cycle and 80.5% in the second cycle. These results show that the application of the Cooperative Learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type can increase students' confidence in extracurricular activities of the Betawi Dance Kreasi Lenggang Nyai
