Abstract

Permasalahan perilaku moral pada anak usia dini di Indonesia semakin meningkat, yang ditandai dengan munculnya berbagai perilaku negatif, seperti perundungan, kekerasan, intoleransi, dan perilaku agresif. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran moral di pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) masih cenderung monoton, kurang terstruktur, dan kurang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Proyek Berbasis Neuropedagogi (Tunas Budi) untuk meningkatkan perilaku moral anak usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model Borg dan Gall yang dilaksanakan di TK DN Pusat, RA DN X, dan RA Al dengan melibatkan 51 anak sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket, lembar penilaian perilaku moral, dan lembar observasi kepraktisan model. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengembangan model didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran moral masih monoton dan belum terstruktur, 78 % anak mengalami permasalahan perilaku moral anak khususnya pada aspek kontrol diri dan kerja sama, hasil studi literatur menemukan bahwa integrasi pendekatan neuropedagogi dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek masih terbatas; (2) pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Proyek Berbasis Neuropedagogi (Tunas Budi) dilaksanakan melalui sepuluh langkah model Borg dan Gall; (3) model yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan meningkatkan perilaku moral anak usia 5-6 tahun (4) model yang dikembangkan efektif untuk digunakan meningkatkan perilaku moral anak usia 5-6 tahun. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran proyek, neuropedagogi, perilaku moral, anak usia 5–6 tahun. ***** Moral behavior problems in early childhood in Indonesia are increasing, which is characterized by the emergence of various negative behaviors, such as bullying, violence, intolerance, and aggressive behavior. On the other hand, moral learning in early childhood education (PAUD) still tends to be monotonous, less structured, and less fun. This research aims to develop a Neuropedagogy-Based Project Learning Model (Tunas Budi) to improve the moral behavior of children aged 5–6 years. The research used the Borg and Gall Model Research and Development (R&D) method which was carried out in TK DN Pusat, RA DN X, and RA Al by involving 51 children as research subjects. The research instruments include questionnaires, moral behavior assessment sheets, and model practicality observation sheets. The data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that: (1) the development of the model based on the analysis of moral learning needs is still monotonous and unstructured, 78% of children experience problems with children's moral behavior, especially in the aspects of self-control and cooperation, the results of a literature study found that the integration of neuropedagogical approaches in project-based learningis still limited; (2) the development of the NeuropedagogyBased Project Learning Model (Tunas Budi) is carried out through the ten steps of the Borg and Gall model; (3) the developed model is suitable for use to improve the moral behavior of children aged 5-6 years (4) the model developed is effective for use to improve the moral behavior of children aged 5-6 years.
