Abstract
***** The advancement of the internet and Information and Communication Technology has driven the widespread adoption of digital technology in the education sector, notably through the implementation of Academic Information Systems (SIAKAD). Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) has implemented SIAKAD as an integrated system to support students' academic activities. However, in practice, the system still faces operational issues such as downtime and access difficulties during certain periods. This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, service quality, and information quality on system use and user satisfaction regarding SIAKAD UNJ, utilizing the Delone and Mclean (2003) model as a conceptual framework. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a survey of 185 students from Digital Business Study Program (class 2022–2024) of UNJ. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS4 software. The results indicate that information quality has the most dominant influence on system use, while system use exerts the strongest influence on user satisfaction, surpassing the direct impact of the three quality variables. Meanwhile, system quality and service quality also significantly influence both system use and user satisfaction, albeit with a weaker effect compared to information quality. These findings suggest that student satisfaction with SIAKAD is driven more by information accuracy and the intensity of system usage than by technical performance or support services alone.
