Abstract
ABSTRAK Kinerja adalah ukuran dari hasil pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan seseorang. Kinerja adalah hasil atau tingkat keberhasilan seseorang secara keseluruhan selama periode tertentu di dalam melaksanakan tugas dibandingkan dengan berbagai kemungkinan, seperti standar hasil kerja, target atau sasaran atau kriteria yang telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu dan telah disepakati bersama. Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan leader member exchange, dukungan organisasi, keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja Dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC). Selain itu, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan masing-masing variabel baik hubungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey yang menggunkan pendekatan path analisis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC) dengan sampel sebanyak 117 Dosen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument berupa kuisoner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon di pengaruhi lebih dominan oleh variabel Leader member of exchange, dan di ikuti oleh variabel dukungan organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja. Berdasarkan data yang ditemukan di lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Dosen universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon akan lebih membantik disaat dosen di pimpin oleh pemimpin yang mau ikut terjun langsung bersama para bawahannya dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya atau leader member exchange (LMX). Hal ini menjadi temuan yang patut ditindak lanjuti dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon ******* ABSTRACT Job performance is a measure of the results of work done by someone. Job performance is the result or overall level of success of a person during a certain period in carrying out the task compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets or targets or criteria that have been predetermined and agreed upon together. This research aims to describe leader member of exchange, organizational support, job involvement, job satisfaction and job performance of the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC) Lecturers. In addition, to find out whether there is a relationship between each variable both the relationship directly and indirectly. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a survey research design that uses the path analysis approach. The population of this study were all lecturers of the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC) with a sample of 117 lecturers. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the job performance of Muhammadiyah Cirebon University lecturers was influenced more dominantly by the Leader member of exchange variable, and was followed by organizational support variables, job satisfaction and job involvement. Based on the data found in the field it can be concluded that the performance of Muhammadiyah Cirebon University lecturers will be more prudent when lecturers are led by leaders who want to go directly involved with their subordinates in carrying out their work or leader member exchange (LMX). This is a finding that should be followed up in the hope of improving the performance of lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University in Cirebon.
