Abstract
RADYA DANISH ERDIPRAYOGA. Pembuatan Three-Dimensional (3D) Showcase Berbasis Augmented Reality untuk Visualisasi Komponen Remanufacturing pada Perusahaan Alat Berat. Jakarta: Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Pemasaran Digital, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2026. Proyek ini dilatarbelakangi oleh temuan President Diagnosis FY25 PT Komatsu Indonesia yang mengidentifikasi penurunan tren penjualan produk remanufaktur, rendahnya visibilitas pencarian situs komi.co.id (58,1% dengan rata-rata posisi peringkat ke-12), serta rencana konsolidasi seluruh situs regional Komatsu ke platform global Komatsu.com pada akhir FY27. Media promosi yang tersedia masih bertumpu pada representasi dua dimensi yang belum mampu mengomunikasikan dimensi dan kompleksitas teknis komponen alat berat. Proyek ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Augmented Reality berbasis web (WebAR) untuk visualisasi tiga dimensi komponen remanufaktur yang dapat diakses langsung melalui peramban tanpa instalasi aplikasi. Proyek dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025–Maret 2026 dengan metode Iterative Waterfall Model yang mencakup enam tahapan, yaitu requirement, design, implementation, testing, deployment, dan maintenance. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Blender untuk pemodelan 3D, Three.js r128 dan WebXR Device API untuk perenderan dan mode AR, serta Netlify serverless function dan Neon PostgreSQL untuk penyimpanan dan sinkronisasi lintas perangkat. Proyek menghasilkan lima luaran terintegrasi, yaitu Reman Product eCatalog 2026, Komatsu AR Studio, eBrochure with AR-Integrated/WebAR, Technical Documentation v1.0, dan tiga model 3D format GLB/GLTF yang dikontribusikan ke proyek Product Information Management (PIM) Komatsu Limited. Pengujian end-to-end mencatat latensi rata-rata 2,3 detik dari pemindaian kode QR hingga model 3D tampil di layar pengguna, sedangkan evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale terhadap administrator sistem menghasilkan skor 85 dengan kategori Excellent (Grade A). Hasil proyek menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghadirkan ekosistem promosi phygital yang mandiri dari infrastruktur situs korporat sekaligus memperkuat posisi merek perusahaan./RADYA DANISH ERDIPRAYOGA. Jakarta: Applied Bachelor's Program in Digital Marketing, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2026. This project was motivated by the FY25 President Diagnosis of PT Komatsu Indonesia, which identified a declining sales trend in remanufactured products, low search visibility of the komi.co.id website (58.1% with an average search position of 12), and the planned consolidation of all regional Komatsu websites into the global Komatsu.com platform by the end of FY27. The available promotional media relied on two-dimensional representations that could not adequately communicate the physical dimensions and technical complexity of heavy equipment components. The project aimed to develop a web-based Augmented Reality (WebAR) system for three-dimensional visualization of remanufactured components, accessible directly through a mobile browser without any application installation. Carried out from October 2025 to March 2026, the project applied the Iterative Waterfall Model across six stages: requirement, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The system was built using Blender for 3D modeling, Three.js r128 and the WebXR Device API for rendering and AR mode, and Netlify serverless functions with Neon PostgreSQL for storage and cross-device synchronization. The project produced five integrated outputs: the Reman Product eCatalog 2026, Komatsu AR Studio, an AR-Integrated eBrochure, Technical Documentation v1.0, and three GLB/GLTF 3D models contributed to Komatsu Limited's Product Information Management (PIM) project. End-to-end testing recorded an average latency of 2.3 seconds from QR code scanning to on-screen model rendering, while a usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale with the system administrator yielded a score of 85, categorized as Excellent (Grade A). The results demonstrate that the system delivers a phygital promotional ecosystem independent of the corporate website infrastructure while strengthening the company's brand positioning.
