Abstract
Indonesia merupakan wilayah dengan tingkat aktivitas seismik yang tinggi sehingga diperlukan upaya mitigasi bencana gempa, salah satunya melalui evaluasi kerentanan aset bangunan.. Modul Teknis Kegiatan Kerentanan Bangunan (KKB) yang mengacu pada standar ASCE 41-17 khususnya asesmen konfigurasi umum dan struktur dinding bata bertulang, yang masih didominasi oleh teks dan tabel teknis sehingga sulit dipahami oleh peserta pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan video microlearning asesmen konfigurasi umum dan struktur dinding bata bertulang untuk kerentanan aset bangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Produk video microlearning dikembangkan menggunakan Adobe Firefly, Adobe Animated Character, Google AI Studio dan CapCut Pro dengan format MP4. Validasi produk menggunakan Indeks Aiken’s V dengan ahli materi, media dan bahasa dari dosen Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh validitas 0,85 dengan kategoti “Tinggi”. Pada hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai 0,95 dengan kategoti “Tinggi”. Kemudian hasil validasi ahli Bahasa memperoleh nilai 0,86 dengan kategoti “Tinggi”. Selanjutnya uji coba terbatas dengan 5 peserta survei BNPB menghasilkan N-Gain sebesar 0,5 dengan kategoti “Sedang”, dan 89,5% responden menyatakan video microlearning sangat layak. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa video microlearning yang dikembangkan layak, valid, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. The Technical Module for Building Vulnerability Assessment (KKB), which refers to the ASCE 41-17 standard, specifically the assessment of general configuration and reinforced masonry structures, is still dominated by technical text and tables, making it difficult for training participants to understand. Therefore, this study aims to produce microlearning videos on the assessment of general configurations and reinforced masonry structures for building asset vulnerability. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The microlearning video products were developed using Adobe Firefly, Adobe Animated Character, Google AI Studio, and CapCut Pro in MP4 format. Product validation using Aiken's V Index with subject matter, media, and language experts from Jakarta State University. Validation by subject matter experts obtained a validity of 0.85 with a “High” category. The media expert validation results obtained a score of 0.95 with a “High” category. Then, the language expert validation results obtained a score of 0.86 with a “High” category. Furthermore, a limited trial with 5 BNPB survey participants resulted in an N-Gain of 0.5 with a category of “Moderate”, and 89.5% of respondents stated that the microlearning video was very feasible. Therefore, it can be concluded that the microlearning video developed is feasible, valid, and effective for use in the learning process.
