Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan prototype drone quadcopter sebagai alat bantu pendataan gambar as-built pada proyek pembangunan jaringan distribusi listrik desa di PT Graha Bara Lestari. Proses dokumentasi lapangan yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual menghadapi kendala pada wilayah berbukitan, perkebunan, dan kawasan berhutan, sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang relatif besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototype drone quadcopter yang mampu membantu proses pendataan gambar as-built secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa prototype drone quadcopter mencapai tingkat keberhasilan fungsionalitas sebesar 100% (skor 10 dari 10) berdasarkan skala Guttman, yang dikategorikan Sangat Baik. Sensor gyroscope dan modul GPS terintegrasi dengan baik pada Flight Controller, memungkinkan drone melakukan hovering dengan stabil serta membaca respon sudut orientasi secara presisi. Konsumsi daya rata-rata tercatat sebesar 93,6 Watt dengan durasi terbang rata-rata 7,3 menit, yang memadai untuk menyelesaikan proses pendataan per sesi penerbangan. Ekstraksi metadata EXIF berupa data spasial (Longitude, Latitude, Altitude) berhasil diintegrasikan ke dalam software GIS untuk pemetaan As-Built Drawing dan tagging koordinat objek secara presisi. ******* This study discusses the development of a quadcopter drone prototype as an auxiliary tool for collecting as-built images in rural electrification distribution network construction projects at PT Graha Bara Lestari. The current manual field documentation process faces challenges in hilly, plantation, and forested areas, requiring relatively more time and labor. This research aims to develop a quadcopter drone prototype capable of assisting the as-built image collection process more effectively, efficiently, and accurately. The test results showed that the quadcopter drone prototype achieved a functional success rate of 100% (score of 10 out of 10) based on the Guttman scale, categorized as Very Good. The gyroscope sensor and GPS module were well-integrated with the Flight Controller, enabling stable hovering and precise orientation angle response reading. The average power consumption was recorded at 93.6 Watts with an average flight duration of 7.3 minutes, sufficient to complete the data collection process per flight session. EXIF metadata extraction containing spatial data (Longitude, Latitude, Altitude) was successfully integrated into GIS software for As-Built Drawing mapping and precise object coordinate tagging.
