Abstract

Adelia Pratiwi, Produksi Ruang Publik Inklusif Semu Cibinong Situ Plaza (Studi Pada Aksesibilitas Penyandang Difabel), Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2026. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana aksesibilitas difabel dalam pemanfaatan ruang publik inklusif Cibinong Situ Plaza. Secara lebih rinci, tujuan penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua fokus utama. Tujuan pertama adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman difabel dalam mengakses fasilitas yang ada di Cibinong Situ Plaza. Kemudian tujuan kedua adalah mendeskripsikan Cibinong Situ Plaza sebagai ruang publik yang inklusif bagi pengunjung difabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan teori Produksi ruang Henri Lefebvre. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara mendalam dan juga observasi. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang, yang terdiri dari satu pegawai Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, dan Pertanahan Bidang Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas (A), Empat orang difabel pengunjung Taman Cibinong Situ Plaza, yaitu difabel down syndrome, difabel tuli, difabel tunanetra, dan difabel tunadaksa. (T, S, H, I), dan satu orang pengunjung yang merupakan guru SLB (H) sekaligus pendamping narasumber tunanetra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cibinong Situ Plaza telah tersedia fasilitas yang mendukung aksesibilitas difabel, seperti jalur landai, ramp, dan area ruang terbuka yang cukup luas. Peneliti juga mendapatkan data dari komunitas difabel, yaitu Yayasan Diffable Action Indonesia sebagai pengguna yang aktif mengunjungi Taman Cibinong Situ Plaza. Implementasi ruang publik inklusif belum sepenuhnya optimal karena masih terdapat hambatan berupa guiding block yang terbatas, kondisi jalan yang kurang ramah difabel, akses tangga yang menyulitkan pengguna kursi roda maupun difabel tunanetra, dan fasilitas pendukung yang belum merata. Selain hambatan fisik, kurangnya perhatian terhadap kebutuhan spesifik setiap jenis difabel juga berpengaruh pada pengalaman mereka dalam menggunakan ruang publik. *** Adelia Pratiwi, The Production of Pseudo-Inclusive Public Space at Cibinong Situ Plaza: A Study of Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities, Thesis, Jakarta: Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Jakarta State University, 2026. This study aims to examine and describe the accessibility of people with disabilities in utilizing the inclusive public space of Cibinong Situ Plaza. More specifically, the study is guided by two main objectives. The first objective is to describe the experiences of people with disabilities in accessing the facilities available at Cibinong Situ Plaza. The second objective is to analyze Cibinong Situ Plaza as an inclusive public space for visitors with disabilities. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. In this study using the theory of Henry Lefebvre The Production of Space. This study involved six informants, consisting of one staff member from the Infrastructure, Facilities, and Utilities Division of the Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan (A); four visitors with disabilities, namely a person with Down syndrome, a deaf person, a visually impaired person, and a person with a physical disability (T, S, H, and I); and one visitor who is a special education teacher (H), who also served as the companion of the visually impaired informant. The findings indicate that Cibinong Situ Plaza provides several facilities that support accessibility for people with disabilities, including sloped pathways, ramps, and sufficiently spacious open areas. The researcher also obtained data from the disability community, namely the Yayasan Diffable Action Indonesia, whose members actively utilize Cibinong Situ Plaza. However, the implementation of an inclusive public space has not yet been fully optimized. Several barriers remain, including the limited availability of guiding blocks, pathway conditions that are not fully accessible, stair access that presents challenges for both wheelchair users and visually impaired visitors, and the uneven provision of supporting facilities. In addition to these physical barriers, insufficient attention to the specific needs of different disability groups also influences their experiences in accessing and using public spaces.
