Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis etnomatematika batik khas Pekalongan pada materi transformasi geometri untuk peserta didik kelas IX SMP serta menguji kelayakannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D yang terdiri atas tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. E-modul disusun berdasarkan sintaks model discovery learning, terintegrasi dengan GeoGebra Activity, serta disajikan dalam format flipbook melalui platform Heyzine. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi ahli serta angket uji coba kepada guru dan peserta didik. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul memperoleh persentase sebesar 96,75% dari ahli materi dan bahasa serta 94,46% dari ahli media dengan kriteria sangat valid. Uji coba skala kecil kepada satu guru dan 10 peserta didik memperoleh persentase sebesar 95,26% dan 90,35% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, sedangkan uji coba skala besar kepada dua guru dan 30 peserta didik memperoleh persentase sebesar 93,68% dan 91,42% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, e-modul berbasis etnomatematika batik khas Pekalongan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika pada materi transformasi geometri kelas IX SMP. ***** This study aimed to develop an ethnomathematics-based e-module incorporating Pekalongan batik on the topic of geometric transformations for Grade IX junior high school students and to evaluate its feasibility. This research employed the Four-D (4D) development model, consisting of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The e-module was designed based on the syntax of the Discovery Learning model, integrated with GeoGebra Activity, and presented in a flipbook format using the Heyzine platform. The research instruments consisted of expert validation sheets and questionnaires administered to teachers and students during the product trials. The validation results indicated that the e-module obtained a score of 96.75% from the material and language expert and 94.46% from the media expert, both categorised as very valid. The small-scale trial involving one teacher and 10 students resulted in practicality percentages of 95.26% and 90.35%, respectively, both categorised as very practical. Meanwhile, the large-scale trial involving two teachers and 30 students resulted in practicality percentages of 93.68% and 91.42%, respectively, which were also categorised as very practical. Therefore, the ethnomathematics-based e-module incorporating Pekalongan batik was considered highly suitable for use as a mathematics teaching material on the topic of geometric transformations for Grade IX junior high school students.
