Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan program bimbingan kelompok menggunakan metode resitasi dengan teknik mind mapping untuk mengembangkan keterampilan perencanaan karier peserta didik kelas XI SMA. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE namun hanya sampai tahap development. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 45 Jakarta. Tahap analysis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan perencanaan karier serta karakteristik peserta didik, tahapan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran kondisi awal perencanaan karier melalui instrumen Career Planning Scale kepada seluruh peserta didik kelas XI yang berjumlah 138 peserta didik dan diperoleh hasil 71% tinggi dan 29% rendah. Meskipun sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki perencanaan karier, tetapi 29% di antaranya memerlukan intervensi untuk merencanakan kariernya, sehingga peneliti mengembangkan program bimbingan kelompok. Tahap design peneliti melakukan analisis untuk merancang tujuan, materi, metode, teknik, tahapan kegiatan, media, dan evaluasi. Tahap development dilakukan untuk mengembangkan, memvalidasi, dan merevisi produk. Produk yang dikembangkan program hipotetik dengan meliputi RPL yang memuat tujuan, identitas, materi layanan, contoh LKPD berbasis mind mapping, media, dan instrumen evaluasi. Pada tahap ini, telah melalui validasi ahli dan revisi. Tahap implementation dan evaluation belum diujicobakan karena keterbatasan waktu penelitian. Program yang dihasilkan direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan dan dievaluasi lebih lanjut guna mengetahui kebermanfaatannya dalam mengembangkan keterampilan perencanaan karier peserta didik kelas XI. ***** The aim of this study is to develop a group guidance programme using the recitation method combined with mind mapping techniques to enhance the career planning skills of Year 11 school students. The study employed a research and development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, but only up to the Development stage. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 45 Jakarta. The analysis stage was carried out to identify the career planning needs and characteristics of the students, this phase involved assessing the baseline status of career planning using the Career Planning Scale among all 138 Year 11 grade, yielding results of 71% ‘high’ and 29% ‘low’. Although the majority of learners have career plans, 29% of them require intervention to plan their careers, consequently, the researchers developed a group guidance programme. During the design phase, the researchers conducted an analysis to formulate the objectives, content, methods, techniques, activity stages, resources and evaluation. The development phase was carried out to develop, validate and revise the programme. The products developed under the hypothetical programme include an guidance service plan comprising objectives, identity, service content, examples of mind-mapping-based worksheets, teaching materials and assessment tools. At this stage, the products have undergone expert validation and revision. The implementation and evaluation phases have not yet been carried out due to time constraints in the research. It is recommended that the programme developed be implemented and evaluated further to assess its effectiveness in developing the career planning skills of Year 11 students.
