Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMA Muhammadiyah 11 Jakarta untuk mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, khususnya target 4.a yang menekankan pada lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan efektif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan terdiri atas Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana, Staf Sarana dan Prasarana, Guru, serta perwakilan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana telah berjalan secara sistematis melalui tahap perencanaan partisipatif, pengadaan bertahap, pemanfaatan terjadwal, dan pemeliharaan rutin. Keunggulan sekolah terletak pada fasilitas Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) yang didukung tenaga medis dan ambulans, serta infrastruktur teknologi informasi (jaringan fiber optic). Namun, implementasi manajemen sarpras belum sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip SDGs 4.a karena masih terdapat kesenjangan pada aspek aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas, keamanan struktural (hanya satu akses keluar), ruang organisasi siswa yang belum tersedia, serta pemerataan sinyal Wi-Fi yang belum merata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun sekolah telah menunjukkan komitmen pada kualitas pendidikan, penguatan pada dimensi inklusivitas dan keberlanjutan masih diperlukan agar pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana benar-benar mendukung pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berkeadilan bagi semua. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana, SDGs 4, Pendidikan Berkualitas, Sekolah Inklusif./*****This study aims to describe management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Muhammadiyah 11 Jakarta to supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, particularly target 4.a which emphasizes safe, inclusive, and effective learning environments. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants included the Vice Principal for Facilities and Infrastructure, Facilities Staff, Teachers, and student representatives. The findings reveal that facilities management has been systematically implemented through participatory planning, phased procurement, scheduled utilization, and routine maintenance. The school's strengths lie in its well-equipped School Health Unit (UKS) supported by medical personnel and an ambulance, as well as information technology infrastructure (fiber optic network). However, the implementation of facilities management has not fully met the principles of SDGs 4.a, as gaps remain in accessibility for persons with disabilities, structural safety (only one access point), the unavailability of student organization rooms, and uneven Wi-Fi signal distribution. This study concludes that while the school has demonstrated commitment to quality education, strengthening the dimensions of inclusivity and sustainability is still necessary so that facilities management truly supports quality and equitable education for all.
