Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan antara Orientasi Tujuan Pembelajaran (Learning Goal Orientation) dengan Keyakinan Diri (Selfefficacy) pengurus OPMAWA. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung dari Bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei melalui pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah pengurus OPMAWA FE UNJ. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik proporsi acak sederhana (Proportional Random Sampling) sebanyak 116 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X (Learning Goal Orientation) diukur menggunakan skala likert. Untuk variabel Y (Self-efficacy) diukur menggunakan replikasi New General Self Efficacy (NGSE). Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan mencari persamaan regresi sederhana dan diperoleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 7,22 + 0,303X, sedangkan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors diperoleh Lhitung (0,045) < Ltabel (0,082), hal ini berarti sampel berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Uji keberartian dan kelinearan regresi dengan menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA) diperoleh persamaan regresi Fhitung (31.33) > Ftabel (3.94) yang menyatakan regresi sangat berarti serta uji linearitas regresi yang menghasilkan Fhitung (-4,94) < Ftabel (1,98) yang menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linear. Uji hipotesis koefisien korelasi hubungan dilakukan dengan rumus Product Moment menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,464, ini berarti hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut kuat. Uji signifikasi dengan t hitung sebesar 5,59 dan t tabel sebesar 1.66. Karena thitung > ttabel, dari penelitian diatas maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Orientasi Tujuan Pembelajaran (Learning Goal Orientation) dengan Keyakinan Diri (Selfefficacy) pada pengurus OPMAWA FE UNJ. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan KD sebesar 21.53 % Hal ini berarti variasi variabel Y dipengaruhi oleh variabel X sebesar 78.47%. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Learning Goal Orientation dengan Self-efficacy. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between Learning Goal Orientation with Self-efficacy OPMAWA board. This research was conducted for three months starting from April to June 2010. The method used is survey method through correlational approach. The population is OPMAWA FE UNJ board. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling of 116 samples. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (Learning Goal Orientation) was measured using a Likert scale. For the variable Y (Self-efficacy) was measured using a replication of New General Self Efficacy (NGSE). The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y = 7.22 + 0.303 X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained liliefors test count (0.045) <L table (0.082) , this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Test of significance and linear regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test was obtained regression equation (31.33)> F table (3.94) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linearity test F count (-4.94) <F table (1.98) which indicates that the model uses linear regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis tests conducted using the formula r xy Product Moment yield of 0.464, this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of significance with t count equal to 5.59 and t table value of 1.66. Because t count> t table, from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between the Learning Goal Orientation with Self-efficacy on board OPMAWA FE UNJ. Test determination coefficient KD of 21:53% yield This means that the variation of variable Y influenced by variable X amounted to 78.47%. So it is concluded that there are positive and significant relationship between the Learning Goal Orientation in Self-efficacy.
