Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan berdasarkan data valid dan terpercaya (reliabel) dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara self efficacy (efikasi diri) dengan prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Blue Bird Group Pool Warung Buncit, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung mulai bulan Maret 2010 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Blue Bird Group (BBG) Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 500 orang.. Populasi terjangkaunya yaitu populasi terjangkaunya dibatasi hanya pada 3 Bagian yang berjumlah 67 orang, bagian tersebut dipilih karena terkait dengan ketersedian data pada perusahaan. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan tabel Issac and Michael, maka sampel yang diambil berjumlah 58 orang, dengan berdasarkan tingkat konfidensi 95% dan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5% terhadap populasi. Data Self Efficacy (Variabel X) menggunakan data primer berupa Replika New General Self Efficacy (NGSE) yang berbentuk kuesioner, dan untuk Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Variabel Y) menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari performance appraisal (penilaian prestasi kerja) PT. Blue Bird Group. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Y2,10+0,048X. Selanjutnya adalah uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi atas X diperoleh dengan menggunakan Uji Liliefors dan diperoleh Lhitung 0,109 dan Lubel=0,116 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka Lhitung <Lubel. Hal ini berarti galat taksiran Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (25,61) > Fiabel (4,02) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji kelinieran regresi menghasilkan Fhtung (1,11) < Fubel (2,16) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Uji koefisien korelasi Product Moment menghasilkan ray 0,560. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t, hasil yang diperoleh adalah thitung 5,06 dan fabet pada dk-n-2-56 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 1,68, ini berarti thitung (5,06) tabel (1,68). Ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdaat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan prestasi kerja karyawan. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil 31,36% variabel prestasi kerja karyawan (Y) ditentukan oleh self efficacy (X). ***** The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more about The Correlation Self Efficacy and Employee Work Performance At PT Blue Bird Group At South Jakarta. This research have been done for three months since March 2010 until June 2010. The method of research is survey method using correlation approach. This research population is all of employee at PT Blue Bird Group Pool Warung Buncit At South Jakarta. The target population was all employees of PT. Blue Bird Group (BBG) in South Jakarta as many as 500 people. Population inaccessibility inaccessibility of the population was limited to three section numbering 67 people. sections were selected because it is associated with increased availability of data on the company. Total sample is determined using the tables Isaac and Michael, then the number of samples taken 58 people, based on the confidence level of 95% and the error rate is 5% of the population. The data of Self Efficacy (X Variable) using the primary data in the form of replica New General Self-Efficacy (NGSE) in the form of questionnaires, and for the Work Performance of Employees (Variable Y) to use secondary data drawn from the performance appraisal, PT. Blue Bird Group. The requirement test analysis is conducted by searching the obtained of regression equality is dot Y = 2 ,10+0.048 X. Coefficient correlation test product moment produces as r xy =0.560 Next the coefficient correlation significance test is conducted by using obtained result is 1 5,06 and taste pada dk = n - 2 = 56 and significance stage of 0.05 is 1,68, means tons (5, 6) .. >tanhe. The calculation of determination coefficient produces r_{0} ^ 2 = 0.56 it shows 31,36% the result of employee work performanceis decided by self efficacy. The conclution of this research that there is positive correlation between self efficacy variable (X) and employee work performance variable (Y).
