Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan semangat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 106 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung mulai bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juni 2008. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI (Sebelas) SMA Negeri 106 Jakarta Timur sebanyak 279 orang, dan populasi terjangkau dari penelitian ini adalah siswa jurusan IPS yang berjumlah 159 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Untuk menjaring data kedua variabel penelitian, instrumen yang digunakan untuk variabel X (Persepsi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran) dan Variabel Y (Semangat Belajar) adalah berbentuk kuesioner. Sebelum digunakan, dilakukan uji validitas konstruk (Construct Validity) melalui proses validasi yaitu perhitungan koefisien korelasi skor butir dengan skor total dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil reliabilitas instrumen variabel X (Persepsi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran) sebesar 0,858 dan instrumen Variabel Y (Semangat Belajar) sebesar 0,834. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = 64,76+ 0,452X. Hasil uji normalitas lilliefors menghasilkan Lhitung = 0,102 sedangkan Ltabel untuk n = 40 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 0,140. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel maka variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (14,80) > Ftabel (4,10) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Perhitungan kelinieran regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (0,91) < Ftabel (2,18) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Perhitungan koefisien korelasi product moment menghasilkan rhitung = 0,529. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan ujit, menghasilkan thitung (3,84) > ttabel (1,70). Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan semangat belajar siswa. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi atau penentu diperoleh hasil 27,98 % variabel semangat belajar siswa (Y) ditentukan oleh persepsi pengelolaan pembelajaran (X). ***** The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between Perception Management of study with Student’s Morale of study in SMAN 106, JAKARTA. This research have been done for 3 months since April until June 2007. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to employee at students in SMAN 106 Jakarta. The populations research was all of employees with total 279 employees, while the reach of populations were employees with total 159 employees, with 40 employees for sampling. Collecting X variable data (student’s morale) and Y variable data (perception management of study), using likert scale, before that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (student’s morale) is 0,858 and Y variable (perception management of study) 0,834. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 64,76+ 0,452X. After that data normality test by using lilliefors formula and the result is Lcount = 0,102 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,140, so Lcount < Ltable. Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (14,80) > Ftable (4,10). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (0,91) < Ftable (2,18), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is rxy = 0,529 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount = 3,84 while ttable = 1,70 and so, tcount > ttable. It means that there are significance and positive correlations between perception management of study and student’s morale of study. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 27,98%, it means that student’s morale of study variable determined by 72,02% enrichment variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlations between Perception Management of study with Student’s Morale of study in SMAN 106, JAKARTA.
