Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data/fakta yang tepat (sahih, benar, valid) dan dapat dipercaya (reliable) tentang hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial dengan Kejenuhan Kerja (Burnout). Pada Anggota Polisi Sektor Metropolitan Gambir. Penelitian dilakukan selama kurang lebih 1 bulan terhitung mulai bulan april 2009 sampai dengan Juni 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Polsek Metro Gambir sejumlah 165 orang dengan populasi terjangkau sejumlah 43 orang. Sampel diambil dari unit POSPOL sejumlah 36 orang dengan menggunakan teknik acak sedehana. Untuk menjaring data variabel X (Dukungan sosial) dan Variabel Y (Burnout), digunakan instrumen berbentuk skala Likert, yang disebar kepada anggota Polisi Sektor Metrpolitan Gambir. Tekhnik analisis data dimulai dengan mencari persamaan regresi, yang didapat adalah Ŷ= 52.94-0.124X selanjutnya uji persyaratan analisis dimulai dengan uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi atas X menggunakan uji liliefors dan diperoleh Lhitung = (0,079) dibandingkan dengan Ltabel pada taraf signifikansi 0.05 sebesar (0.148) maka Lhitung < Ltabel. Hal ini berarti galat taksiran Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung =(10,32) > Ftabel =(4.13), ini membuktikan bahwa regresi berarti. Sedangkan uji linearitas regresi diperoleh Fhitung =(0.42) < Ftabel =(2.90) ini berarti model persamaan regresi yang dipakai linear. Uji koofesien korelasi Product Moment menghasilkan r xy=(-0.482) kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji signifikansi koefesien dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh thitung = (-3.21) sedangkan ttabel adalah (-1.70) hal ini berarti thitung < ttabel. Selain itu diperoleh Uji Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 23.23% yang berarti bahwa variabel Burnout dipengaruhi sebesar 23.23%. Oleh variabel Dukungan Sosial. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan negatif antara Dukungan Sosial dengan kejenuhan Kerja (Burnout) pada anggota Polisi sektor Metropolitan Gambir. ***** The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the relations between Social Support with burnout at Kapolsek Gambir. This research have been done for 1 month since April 2009 until juny 2009. Research Method using survey method with correlation aprroach, while the data is got from instrument to police at Polsek Gambir. The populations research was all police Polsek Gambir, with 36 police from unit POSPOL for sampling with use simple random sampling technique. Collecting X variabel Social Support and Y variabel burnout using instrument likert scale where collected from police of Polsek Gambir. Tekhnik Data analysist by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ= 52.94- 0.124X after the analysis test that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount =(0.079) in significant level 0.05 and Ltabel =(0.148) so Lcount < Ltabel.. Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is Fcount =(10.32) > Ftabel =(4.13) . showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount = (0.42) < Ftabel =(2.90), showing that regression is linear. The result of prduct moment correlation coefficient test is r xy=(-0.482) continued by using correlations coefficient tes with t-test. Counting result Tcount =( -3.21) while ttabel =(-1.70) and so thitung < ttabel.. it means that there are significance and negative relations between the social support with burnout. Beside that, the result of determination coeficient test is 23.23%, mean that burnout variabel determinated by 23.23% the role of social support variabel. The conclusion shown that research have negative relations between the Social Support with Burnout at Polsek Gambir.
