Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program penjaminan mutu di SD-SMPN Satap 2 Lingsar yang difokuskan pada analisis kebutuhan, visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah dalam penjaminan mutu, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, proses ketercapaian program, ketercapaian program penjaminan mutu dan anggaran pembiayaan pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi program model DEM (Descrepancy Evaluation Model) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, staf TU, siswa dan komite sekolah. Uji keabsahan kualitas data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data, sumber, dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program untuk analisis kebutuhan, visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah dalam penjaminan mutu sangat baik. Sumber daya manusia pelaksanaannya sudah baik. Proses ketercapaian penjaminan mutu sangat baik. Ketercapaian pelaksanaan program sangat baik. Anggaran pembiayaan yang berkaitan dengan pelaporan dan pengawasan sangat baik. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu dikategorikan baik. ************* This research aims to know the implementation of quality assurance program in basic education which focused on need analysis, vision, mission and scholl purpose.In order to assure the quality, human resources preparation, program achievement process, quality assurance program achievement, and financial education. This research used evaluation method by using DEM which using descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection prosedure using interview, observation, and documentation. Research informan are headmaster, teachers, staff, student, and scholl committe. Data validity using data source and method triangulation.The result of this research shown that the implementation of quality assurance program for need analysis, vission, mission, and scholl purpose very good. Human resource have been good. Quality assurance achievement very good. Financial which related with program reports and controlling very good. So, me can conclude that the implementation of quality assurance classified into good category.
