Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempelajari pengaruh kepribadian dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Metode digunakan adalah penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Survei data dikumpulkan 231 guru. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, digambarkan sebagai temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara kepribadian pada iklim organisasi ************* This aim of this research was to study the influence personality, climate organization, on job satisfaction. The method used drwas a survey method with the type of explanatory research. The method used is this research was quantitative approach. Data survey collected 231 teacher. Data analysis using path analysis. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of personality on job satisfaction, (2) there is a positive direct influence of climate organization on job satisfaction, (3) there is a positive direct influence between personality on climate organization.
