Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kepercayaan (trust) terhadap komitmen organisasi dosen politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua dosen tetap Politeknik LP3I Jakarta berjumlah 228 orang. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan sampel secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling), terhadap seluruh dosen tetap Politeknik LP3I Jakarta yang masih aktif bekerja pada tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 228 Orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan berpedoman pada rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 145 orang dosen. Data Penelitian di jaring melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Kepercayaan terhadap Komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepercayaan. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepercayaan. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Budaya Organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepercayaan serta terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Komitmen organisasi melalui Kepercayaan. Temuan ini memberi makna bahwa jika ingin meningkatkan Komitmen organisasional para dosen Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepercayaan secara sistematis dan terencana. ******* This title of this research was the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and confidence (trust) on organizational commitment polytechnic lecturers LP3I Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach to associative and path analysis technique (path analysis). The population in this study was all full time lectures LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta totaled 228 people. Sampling method in this research is to use random sampling (simple random sampling), to all lecturers remain Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta is still active work in 2017 with the number of 228 people. The sample in this study was taken with reference to the formula Slovin with a sample size as much as 145 lecturers. Research data on the net through a questionnaire. The study concluded, there was a direct positive influence on Organizational Commitment Cultural Organization, there was a positive direct influence of Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment, Trust are positive direct effect on commitment to the organization, There was an indirect influence of Organizational Culture on organizational commitment through trust and there was an indirect effect of Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment through Trust. These findings made sense that if you want to increase the organizational commitment of the lecturers Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta to the organization, it can be done through increasing Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Confidence in a systematic and planned.
