Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh authentic followership, ambidextrous organization dan kesiapan perubahan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kesiapan perubahan dalam memediasi pengaruh authentic followership dan ambidextrous organization terhadap kinerja inovasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil survei terhadap 223 responden yang dipilih dari karyawan sebuah grup perusahaan manufacturing komponen elektronik. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan aplikasi SEM LISREL dalam pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa authentic followership dan kesiapan perubahan terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja inovasi, sedangkan ambidextrous organization tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja inovasi. Authentic followership dan ambidextrous organization terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kesiapan perubahan. Authentic followership terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap ambidextrous organization. Peran mediasi kesiapan perubahan terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan pengaruh authentic followership dan ambidextrous organization terhadap kinerja inovasi. Penelitian ini telah menekankan kekuatan authentic followership untuk keberhasilan kinerja inovasi dan peran kesiapan perubahan dalam memediasi pengaruh authentic followership dan ambidextrous organization terhadap kinerja inovasi. Saran untuk manajemen perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja inovasi dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan authentic followership karyawan melalui peningkatan kesadaran karyawan dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan aturan kerja yang ada. Proses kesadaran karyawan dapat dibentuk melalui peningkatan kesadaran tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan aturan, norma dan etika yang berlaku, keterbukaan terhadap setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi dan bersungguh-sungguh menjalankan pekerjaannya, sehingga karyawan merasa bebas untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya secara terbuka. Saran lain dalam meningkatan kinerja inovasi adalah melalui peningkatan kesiapan perubahan dalam perusahaan dengan memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan untuk melakukan perubahan dengan memotivasi dan memberikan kesempatan yang luas kepada seluruh karyawan untuk melakukan proses perubahan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga dapat meningkatkan kesiapan perubahan secara organisasi melalui penciptaan iklim perubahan yang kondusif dengan menyediakan fasilitas, peralatan, pelatihan dan peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan dan pimpinan. ******* Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of authentic followership, ambidextrous organization and readiness for change on innovation performance. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the role of readiness for change in mediating the influence of authentic followership and ambidextrous organizations on innovation performance. The research data were obtained from a survey of 223 respondents selected from employees of a group of electronic component manufacturing companies. This quantitative study uses the SEM LISREL application in processing data. The results of this study conclude that authentic followership and change readiness are proven to have a direct effect on innovation performance, while ambidextrous organization is not proven to have a direct effect on innovation performance. Authentic followership and ambidextrous organization are proven to have a direct influence on the readiness for change. Authentic followership is proven to have a direct influence on ambidextrous organization. The mediating role of change readiness is proven to significantly increase the influence of authentic followership and ambidextrous organization on innovation performance. This research has emphasized the power of authentic followership for successful innovation performance and the role of readiness for change in mediating the influence of authentic followership and ambidextrous organizations on innovation performance. Suggestions for company management in order to improve innovation performance can be done by increasing employee authentic engagement through increasing employee awareness in carrying out their work in accordance with existing work rules. The employee awareness process can be built through increasing awareness of duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable rules, norms and ethics, openness to any problems encountered and serious work, so that employees feel free to express their opinions openly. Another suggestion for improving innovation performance is through increasing the readiness for change within the company by providing support to employees to make changes by motivating and giving broad opportunities to all employees to make the change process. In addition, companies can also increase organizational readiness through the creation of a change management that is conducive to providing facilities, equipment, training and increasing the knowledge of employees and leaders
