Abstract

The objectives of this research is to study the effect of Organizational Justice, trust and job satisfaction on teacher organizational citizenship behavior of Junior High School at Regency. This research used survey method. The samples of this research were 273 persons with random proportional selection. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and SEM (structure equation model) in inferential statistics. The results of the research can be concluded that. organizational justice, trust and job satisfaction had a direct effect on teacher organizational citizenship behavior,’ organizational Justice and trust had a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction , and organizational justice had a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction of Junior High School. Therefore to improve teacher organizational citizenship behavior , the school should improve Justice, trust and job satisfaction. organizational ********** Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi, kepercayaan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 273 orang dengan pemilihan proporsional acak. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan SEM (model persamaan struktural) dalam statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa. keadilan organisasi, kepercayaan dan kepuasan kerja memiliki efek langsung pada perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi guru, 'Keadilan organisasi dan kepercayaan memiliki efek langsung pada kepuasan kerja guru, dan keadilan organisasi memiliki efek langsung pada kepuasan kerja guru SMP. Karena itu untuk meningkatkan organisasi kewarganegaraan organisasi guru, sekolah harus meningkatkan Keadilan, kepercayaan dan kepuasan kerja.organisasi
