Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas implementasi model stake berbasis produk pada program pelatihan SPA di Mataram dengan rumusan masalah 1) bagaimanakah identifikasi analisis kebutuhan, kurikulum program pelatihan SPA, visi dan misi penyelenggara, syarat peserta program pelatihan, syarat kualifikasi pendidikan dan kompetensi instruktur, sarana prasarana dan pembiayaan, 2) bagaimanakah persiapan bahan pembelajaran, proses pelatihan program SPA, proses magang di dunia usaha dan industri, evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan, pemanfaatan sarana prasarana, penilaian hasil proses pelatihan, 3) bagaimanakah hasil belajar peserta pelatihan SPA pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor setelah mengikuti program pelatihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode evaluasi Model Robert E Stake. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi, angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tujuh komponen dalam antecendent telah memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan kecuali pada komponen syarat kualifikasi pendidikan instruktur belum sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan akan tetapi pihak penyelenggara melakukan kerjasama dengan LKP untuk pengadaan tenaga instruktur SPA 2) enam komponen dalam transaction yang dilaksanakan hanya dua komponen yaitu proses pelatihan program SPA dan magang saja yang sesuai dengan standar pelaksanaan selebihnya belum sesuai, 3) pada komponen hasil belajar (outcomes) hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif sangat baik dibuktikan dengan nilai semua peserta mencapai kriteria nilai uji kompetensi sesuai standar, pada aspek psikomotor semua peserta mampu melakukan semua instruksi kerja dengan sangat baik, pada aspek sikap peserta sering melakukan sikap yang baik. Rekomendasi penelitian ini di susun sebagai masukan untuk lembaga dalam menentukan kebijakan perbaikan program pelatihan SPA berikutnya, adapun implementasi produk rekomendasi yang peneliti susun berupa produk Modul Terapis SPA Level II dan produk Instrumen Uji Kompetensi Sikap yang sudah di validasi sesuai dengan peruntukannya, Modul Terapis SPA Level II merupakan jenis modul yang peneliti kembangkan dari Modul SPA Dasar sebelumnya dan Instrumen Uji Sikap merupakan instrumen yang sebelumnya belum pernah ada dan digunakan untuk uji kompetensi oleh pihak penyelenggara, sehingga merupakan instrumen uji kompetensi baru. ************* This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of a product-based stake model in the SPA training program in Mataram with the formulationof the problem 1) how to identify needs analysis, SPA training program curriculum, organizers vision and mission, training program participant requirements, educational qualification requirements and instructor competencies, facilities infrastructure and financing, 2) how is the preparation of learning materials, the SPA program training process, the internship process in business and industry, evaluation of training activities, the utilization of infrastructure, assessment of the results of the training process, 3) how are the learning outcomes of SPA trainees in cognitive, affective aspects and psychomotor after attending a training program. This research is an evaluation research using a descriptive qualitative approach with the evaluation method of Robert E Stake's Model. The data of this study were collected using documentation, observation, questionnaire and interview techniques. The results showed that: 1) the seven components in the antecendent had fulfilled the specified standards except for the component requirements for instructor education qualifications not in accordance with the specified standards but the organizers collaborated with LKP for the procurement of SPA instructors 2) six components in the transactions implemented only two components, namely the SPA program training process and apprenticeship course that is in accordance with the standard implementation of the rest is not yet appropriate, 3) the components of learning outcomes (outcomes) learning outcomes in the cognitive aspects are very well proven by the value of all participants achieving the competency test value criteria according to the standard, in the psychomotor aspect all participants were able to do all work instructions very well, in the aspect of attitude participants often did good attitudes. The recommendations of this study are compiled as input for the institution in determining the next SPA training program improvement policy, as for the implementation of the recommendation products that the researchers compiled in the form of SPA Level II Therapist Module products and the Attitude Competency Test Instrument products that have been validated according to their designation, SPA Level Therapist Modules II is a type of module that researchers developed from the previous Basic SPA Module and the Attitude Test Instrument was an instrument that had never before existed and was used for competency testing by the organizers, so it was a new competency test instrument
