Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Honorer. Ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode angket yang dilakukan di SMK Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2019. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan menggunakan angket, observasi, studi dokumen. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peningkatan kompensasi yang diterima oleh guru honorer SMK Negeri Kota Serang Provinsi Banten menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan kinerja pada guru honorer tersebut. (2) Budaya kerja yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja honorer SMK Negeri Kota Serang Provinsi Banten. (3) Peningkatan kompensasi akan meningkatkan budaya kerja honorer SMK Negeri Kota Serang Provinsi Banten Temuan mengarah pada rekomendasi agar pemerintah provinsi meningkatkan nilai kompensasi bagi guru sesuai upah minimum provinsi, kepala sekolah agar menjaga dan memelihara budaya kerja guru yang kondisinya sudah baik, menanamkan sikap inisiatif dari pribadi guru agar selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, keterampilan dan kecakapan dalam pelaksanaan tugas. *************** The purpose of this research is to obtain the effect of compensation and work culture on teacher performance. This is a quantitative research using a questionnaire method conducted at the vocational school (SMK) of Serang, Banten Province in2019.Data were collected through participant observation using a questionnaire, observation, document study. Analysis and interpretation of the data shows that(1) The increase in compensation received by teachers of Serang City Vocational Schools in Banten Province causes an increase in the performance of these teachers. (2) A high work culture will improve the performance of vocational school (SMK) of Serang, Banten Province. (3) Increasing compensation will improve the work culture of Serang Vocational Schoolin Banten ProvinceThe findings lead to recommendations for the provincial government to increase the amount of compensation for teachers in accordance with the UMP, principals in order to maintain and preserve a work culture of teachers who are in good condition, instilling an attitude of initiative from the teacher personality to always improve their knowledge, skills and abilities in carrying out tasks.
