Abstract
Organisasi dengan sumber daya manusia yang unggul perlu perusahaan untuk melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang efektif. Penelitian ini jelas berbeda dengan penelitian yang sebelumnya dilakukan pada organisasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan proyek, bukan dalam pekerjaan biasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan antara variabel yang meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam organisasi berbasis proyek, termasuk organisasi budaya, manajemen pengetahuan, dan kerja tim. Data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden di berbagai kumpulan organisasi berbasis proyek di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh langsung positif dari faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (teamwork sebagai variabel mediator) di perusahaan berbasis proyek. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data sekunder menggunakan studi literatur dan pengumpulan data primer melalui penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan melakukan analisa hipotesis sebanyak tujuh hipotesis untuk menemukan pengaruh langsung positif yang dimiliki masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan lima dari tujuh hipotesis penelitian ini diterima sementara dua hipotesis ditolak karena hasil kalkulasi menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh langsung positif antara variabel yang diuji, variabel tersebut adalah pengaruh variabel knowledge management terhadap teamwork dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja melalui teamwork. Budaya organisasi, teamwork, dan knowledge management masing-masing menunjukkan pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitu pula akan variable budaya organisasi terhadap teamwork dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui teamwork yang menunjukkan pengaruh langsung positif. ********************** Organizations with superior human resources need to form companies to implement tasks and responsibilities effectively. The research is definitely different with previous researches because it focuses on organization which is run base on the project, not in regular work. The purpose of this study therefore is to evaluate the relationship between variables affecting employee performance in a project-based organization, including organizational culture, knowledge management, and teamwork. Data were collected from 150 respondents at various levels in a project-based organization in Indonesia. The initial survey results from the study indicate that organizational culture, knowledge management, and teamwork are factors that are considered influential on employee performance. This study aims to find the positive of the influence of that factors on employee performance, both directly and indirectly (teamwork as a mediator variable) in project-based companies. The method used to collect data in this study is secondary data collection using literature studies and primary data collection through field research using a questionnaire. The method used to analyze the data in this study is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with seven hypotheses process analysis forfind the positive of the effect each variable has on employee performance. The test results showed five out of seven hypotheses of this study were accepted while two hypotheses were rejected because the calculation results showed no direct positive effect between the variables tested, these variables were the influence of knowledge management variables on teamwork and knowledge management on performance through teamwork. Organizational culture, teamwork, and knowledge management each had a positive direct impact on employee performance as did organizational culture variables on teamwork and organizational culture of performance through teamwork that exerted a positive direct impact.
