Abstract
Pemerintah Indonesia selalu melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah perbaikan sistem dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan menggunakan sistem zonasi yang bertujuan untuk pemerataan akses pendidikan, dan menghilangkan opini masyarakat tentang pengelompokan sekolah favorit dan tidak favorit. Penerimaan peserta didik baru menggunakan sistem zonasi memprioritaskan jarak antara tempat tinggal calon peserta didik dengan sekolah, hal tersebut diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 51 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara sistem zonasi terhadap kesiapan belajar dan hasil belajar terutama dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 1 Tamansari dengan teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana berjumlah 90 peserta didik. Untuk mengukur kesiapan belajar dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian sistem zonasi diperoleh 26 pernyataan valid dan 24 pernyataan drop dan diperoleh nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,811. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian kesiapan belajar diperoleh 35 pernyataan valid dan 15 pernyataan drop dengan nilai uji reliabilitas sebesar 0,901. Untuk mengukur hasil belajar pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari sekolah yaitu nilai penilaian tengah semester. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara sistem zonasi terhadap kesiapan belajar peserta didik kelas VII. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji regresi sederhana menghasilkan Fhitung 41,283 > Ftabel 3,96 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji korelasi produk momen menghasilkan rhitung 0,565 dan termasuk dalam kategori korelasi sedang, dalam uji T menghasilkan thitung 6,425 > ttabel 1,987, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,319 atau 31,9%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara sistem zonasi terhadap kesiapan belajar. Berdasarkan data sekunder yang diperoleh, terdapat 73,3% peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai di bawah KKM. ******************************* The Indonesian Government always makes various effort to increase education quality in Indonesia, one of them is improving the system in student admission by using zoning system that aims to equalize access to education and eliminate public opinion about the grouping of favorite and unfavorite schools. Student admission by using zoning system prioritizes the distance between student candidate’s residence and school, it is regulated in Regulation of Ministry of Education and Culture 51/2018 about Student Admission. The research aims to know the effect between zoning system towards readiness of learning and student learning outcomes especially PPKn subjects. The method of the research is ex post facto with quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques in this research is simple regression test. The population in this research is all 7th grade students with simple random sampling techniques amounted to 90 students. To measure readiness of learning using a questionnaire that has passed the validity test and reliability test. The zoning system research instrument test results obtained 26 valid statements and 24 drop statements and obtained a reliability value of 0,811. The readiness of learning research instrument test results obtained 35 valid statements and 15 drop statements with a reliability test value of 0,901. To measure learning outcomes in this research using secondary data that has been obtained from schools, that is the results of the midterm assessment. The result of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant positive effect between zoning system towards readiness of learning 7th grade students. It can be seen from the result of simple regression calculations produces Fcount 41,283 > Ftable 3,96 with a significance value 0,000 < 0,05. Product moment correlation test result rcount 0,565 and fall into the medium correlation category. In the T-test produces tcount 6,425 > ttable 1,987 and the coefficient of determination of 0,319 or 31,9%. The conclusion in this research there is a significant positive effect between zoning system towards readiness of learning, at the same time it has not had a positive effect towards student learning outcomes. Based on secondary data obtained there are 73,3% of stundents score below the KKM.
