Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan silabus menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual pada Student Day tata rias di SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong yang valid dan praktik. Silabus adalah salah satu produk pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran yang berisikan garis-garis besar materi pembelajaran. Silabus mencangkup komptensi inti, kompetensi dasar, materi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian, alokasi waktu, dan sumber belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong di Jl. Golf Ciriung Cibinong, Kelurahan Ciriung, Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Brog and Gall dengan tujuh tahap. Sasaran produk silabus ini dibuat untuk menghasilkan pedoman bagi pengajar dalam proses pembelajaran Student Day Tata Rias kelas X. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika sederhana yaitu dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dengan rentang angka 1 sampai 5. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil uji validitas ahli materi sebesar 4,9 atau valid dan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 4 atau valid. Hasil uji coba one to one dengan guru secara keseluruhan menunjukkan tanggapan yang baik terhadap penggunaan silabus dengan hasil uji praktikalitas 4.7 untuk digunakan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip silabus dan berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka silabus praktis digunakan oleh pengajar. This study aims to develop a syllabus valid and practical contextual learning model on cosmetology Student Day in Cibinong PGRI Plus High School. A syllabus is a product of curriculum development and learning that contains an outline of learning materials. It covers core competencies, basic competencies, learning materials, learning activities, assessment, time allocation, and learning resources. This study was held in Cibinong PGRI Plus High School in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Deploying Borg and Gall’s method of development with its seven major steps, this syllabus product is purposed to produce guidelines for teachers in the learning process of Cosmetology Student Day for Class X. In collecting the data, questionnaire and interview were applied. Meanwhile for the data analysis technique, simple statistics such as calculating the average value based on the results of the questionnaire within a range of 1 to 5 was used. Findings suggest that the material expert validity test of 4,9 as well as material expert validation result of 4, which indicate that the syllabus is valid. Meanwhile based on the one to one test, the whole tested teachers show good responses to the syllabus with practically test result that reaches up to 4,7, as compliant with the syllabus principles. Therefore, it indicates that the syllabus is proven practical to be used by the teachers.
