Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga minyak kelapa sawit internasional, kurs dan kebijakan RED II terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia ke Uni Eropa berdasarkan data yang valid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ex-post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan metode Generalized Least Square (GLS). Data penelitian bersumber dari berbagai lembaga resmi yaitu United Nations Comtrade (UN Comtrade), World Bank dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 247 yang terdiri atas data time series sebanyak 19 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2000-2018 dan data cross section yang terdiri atas 13 negara di Uni Eropa. Data variabel penelitian berbentuk data sekunder yang terdiri atas variabel volume ekspor CPO (Y), harga minyak kelapa sawit internasional (X_1), kurs (X_2) dan kebijakan RED II (X_3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga minyak kelapa sawit internasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor CPO; kurs berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor CPO; kebijakan RED II tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap volume ekspor CPO. Kata Kunci: Harga Minyak Kelapa Sawit Internasional, Kurs, Kebijakan RED II, Volume Ekspor CPO Indonesia ke Uni Eropa. This study aims to determine the effect of international palm oil prices, the exchange rate and RED II policy on the volume of Indonesia's CPO exports to the European Union based on valid data. The research method used is the ex-post facto method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method. Research data sourced from various official institutions namely the United Nations Comtrade (UN Comtrade), the World Bank and Bank Indonesia (BI). The number of observations was 247 consisting of time series data of 19 years from 2000-2018 and cross section data consisting of 13 countries in the European Union. The research variable data is in the form of secondary data consisting of CPO export volume (Y), international palm oil price (X_1), exchange rate (X_2) and RED II policy (X_3). The results showed that the international price of palm oil had a positive and significant effect on CPO export volume; the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on CPO export volume; RED II policy has not significant effect on CPO export volume.
