Abstract

RAHAYU NUR AMINI. 8105162255. Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta Memilih Profesi Guru. Skripsi. Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengetahui pengaruh persepsi profesi guru, efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga, kesejahteraan guru, dan altruistic terhadap minat mahasiswa memilih profesi guru. Penelitian ini terhitung dari bulan maret 2020 sampai dengan juni 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitain ini adalah mahasiswa kependidikan di fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri Jakarta yang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 230 mahasiswa. Data terhadap intensi mahasiswa memilih profesi guru (Y), persepsi profesi guru (X1), efikasi diri (X2), lingkungan keluarga (X3), kesejahteraan guru (X4), dan altruistic (X5) merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama pengukuran outer model yang terdiri dari individual reliability dengan hasil lebih besar dari >0.7. Nilai composite reliability lebih besar dari >0.6. Nilai AVE lebih besar dari >0.5. Kedua pengukuran inner model yang terdiri dari r² dengan nilai sebesar 0.821. Nilai t statistik persepsi profesi guru (X1) sebesar 10.504 > 1.96, dan p-value 0.000 < 0.05. Nilai t statistik efikasi diri (X2) sebesar 2.786 > 1.96, dan p-value 0.006 < 0.05. Nilai t statistik lingkungan keluarga (X3) sebesar 0.145 < 1.96, dan p-value 0.885 < 0.05. Nilai t statistik kesejahteraan guru (X4) sebesar 2.212 > 1.96, dan p-value 0.027 < 0.05. Nilai t statistik altruistic (X5) sebesar 2.119 > 1.96, dan p-value 0.035 < 0.05. Pada variabel lingkungan keluarga (X3) nilai t statistik lebih kecil < 1.96 dan p-value < 0.05, menunjukkan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi mahasiswa memilih profesi guru. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of the teaching profession, self-efficacy, family environment, teacher welfare, and altruistic on the interests of students choosing the teaching profession. This research was calculated from March 2020 until June 2020. The research method used was the survey method. The population in this research is educational students in the economics faculties of Jakarta state universities, totaling 301 students. The sample used in this study was 230 students. Data on student intention to choosing the teaching profession (Y), perceptions of the teaching profession (X1), self-efficacy (X2), family environment (X3), teacher welfare (X4), and altruistic (X5) are primary data using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the first measurement of the outer model consisting of individual reliability with results greater than> 0.7. Composite reliability, value is greater than> 0.6. AVE value is greater than> 0.5. The second measurement of the inner model consists of r² with a value of 0.830. The t value of the teacher's professional perception (X1) was 10.504> 1.96, and the p-value 0.000 <0.05. The t value of self-efficacy statistics (X2) was 2.786> 1.96, and p-value 0.006 <0.05. T value of family environment statistics (X3) of 0.145 <1.96, and p-value of 0.885 <0.05. Teacher welfare statistics t-value (X4) is 2,212> 1.96, and p-value 0.027 <0.05. Altruistic t-value (X5) of 2,119> 1.96, and p-value of 0.035 <0.05. In the family environment variable (X3) the value of t statistic is smaller <1.96 and p-value <0.05, indicating it has no influence on the intention of students choosing the teaching profession.
