Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil prostetik sediaan untuk luka sayat dengan komposisi campuran antara lateks dan tepung beras dengan perbandingan 5:1 (10 ml lateks : 2 gram tepung beras), 5:2 (10 ml lateks : 4 gram tepung beras), dan 5:3 (10 ml lateks : 6 gram tepung beras). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one shot case study. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 15 sampel hasil prostetik dari ketiga perbandingan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil prostetik berupa luka sayat yang dinilai berdasarkan warna yang dihasilkan, uji kekuatan tarik dan elongasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi untuk uji warna dan pengujian di laboratorium untuk uji kekuatan tarik dan elongasi. Data yang dihasilkan kemudian dihitung dalam program SPSS 21 dengan menggunakan uji normalitas Saphiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas, dan uji analisis anova satu arah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis anova satu arah yang dihitung dalam program SPSS 21, hasil uji kekuatan tarik (tensile strength) menunjukkan Fhitung = 1,70 < Ftabel = 3,88 dan pada hasil uji elongasi menunjukkan Fhitung = 1,69 < Ftabel = 3,88 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan db = 13, maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak artinya tidak ada perbedaan nyata pada perbedaan komposisi antara lateks dan tepung beras terhadap hasil prostetik untuk efek khusus luka sayat. This research aims to determine the difference in composition between latex and rice flour on prosthetic results for special effects of the incised wounds by comparing of 5 : 1 ( 10 ml latex : 2 gram rice flour), 5 :2 (10 ml latex : 4 gram rice flour) and 5 : 3 (10 ml latex : 6 gram rice flour). This research is a pre-experimental research with a one-shot case study design. The subjects of this research were 15 samples of prosthetic results from the three comparisons. The dependent variable in this study was a prosthetic result which was assessed based on the resulting colour, tensile strength and elongation test. The data collection method uses the observation method for colour testing and laboratory testing for tensile strength and elongation tests. The data resuslts then calculated in the SPSS 21 program using the Saphiro-Wilk normality test, homogeneity test, and one-way ANOVA analysis test. Based on the results of one-way ANOVA analysis in the SPSS 21 program, tensile strength test results show Fcount = 1.70 <Ftable = 3.88 and the elongation test results show Fcount = 1.69 <Ftable = 3.88 at the significance level α = 0.05 and db = 13, taccordingly H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that there is no real difference in the composition difference between latex and rice flour on prosthetic results for special effect of the incised wound.
