Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan melayani, pengembangan karir, pemberdayaan, budaya organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan sampel sebanyak 137 orang, menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 berbasis kovarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kepemimpinan melayani, pemberdayaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan, (2) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh langsung terhadap pengembangan karir dan pemberdayaan, (3) pemberdayaan, pengembangan karir berpengaruh langsung terhadap budaya organisasi, (4) pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja melalui pengembangan karir, (5) pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja melalui pemberdayaan, (6) pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan, (7) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, (8) dan tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung pemberdayaan, pengembangan karir terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja melalui budaya organisasi. Disamping itu, penekanan pada penelitian ini bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan adalah dengan memperhatikan kepemimpinan melayani baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pengembangan karir. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan melayani, pengembangan karir, pemberdayaan, budaya organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain information and analyze the direct and indirect influence of serving leadership, career development, empowerment, organizational culture and the quality of employee work life. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Collecting data using a questionnaire and a sample of 137 people, using proportionate stratified random sampling with analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using covariance-based SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that: (1) serving leadership, empowerment had a direct effect on the quality of work life of employees, (2) serving leadership had a direct effect on career development and empowerment, (3) empowerment, career development had a direct effect on organizational culture, (4) leadership indirectly serves the quality of work life through career development, (5) indirect influence of serving leadership on the quality of work life through empowerment, (6) career development, organizational culture has a significant effect on the quality of work life of employees, (7) serving leadership has an effect significantly to organizational culture, (8) and there is no indirect effect of empowerment, career development on the quality of work life through organizational culture. In addition, the emphasis in this study is that to improve the quality of work life of employees is to pay attention to serving leadership both directly and indirectly through career development.
