Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi atas banyaknya remaja saat ini yang memiliki kualitas ibadah yang kurang baik. Kurangnya kualitas ibadah tersebut dapat dilihat dari ketika dalam menjalankan ibadah. Banyak remaja saat ini yang beribadah hanya sekedar menggugurkan kewajiban, tanpa mengerti ilmu dan esensi dari ibadah itu sendiri. Dengan demikian, manfaat dari ibadah tersebut tidak akan tampak dalam dirinya jika dilihat dari akhlaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembinaan agama Majelis Taklim Nurul Musthofa dalam meningkatkan kualitas ibadah pada usia remaja dan hasil dari pembinaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pembinaan, kualitas, dan ibadah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Taklim Nurul Musthofa untuk meningkatkan kualitas ibadah adalah dengan memperbanyak jadwal majelis taklim yaitu pada malam minggu, malam selasa, malam senin, dan malam rabu dengan materi yang dibawakan berbeda-beda, yaitu ilmu syariat, ilmu tauhid, dan ilmu tasawuf. Ketiga ilmu tersebut akan menunjang pedoman agar memiliki ibadah yang berkualitas, yaitu sesuai dengan tuntunan, dilandasi rasa ikhlas, dan memiliki sifat muraqabah. Selain itu, untuk menciptakan ibadah yang berkualitas maka ibadah tersebut harus memiliki dampak atau manfaat. Dengan ketiga ilmu tersebut, maka dampak yang dirasakan adalah sarana untuk membimbing akhlak, membersihkan jiwa dari penyakit hati, dan menghindari keburukan sosial dengan selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Dari strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh Majelis Taklim Nurul Musthofa, menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukannya dapat mempengaruhi kualitas ibadah jamaah remajanya. Hal ini dapat dilihat mulai dari bagaimana mereka mengetahui tata cara ibadah yang benar hingga ibadah tersebut bermanfaat membentuk akhlak yang sesuai dengan pedoman hidup agama dan yang dicontohkan oleh para ulama. The lack of quality of worship can be seen from when performing worship. Many young people today who worship just abort obligations, without understanding the science and essence of worship itself. Thus, the benefits of worship will not be seen in him when seen from his morals. This study aims to determine the religious guidance strategy of the Taklim Nurul Musthofa Assembly in improving the quality of worship at the age of adolescence and the results of the coaching. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation with descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques. The theory used in this research is the theory of coaching, quality, and worship. The findings show that the strategy undertaken by the Taklim Council Nurul Musthofa to improve the quality of worship is to increase the schedule of the taklim assembly namely on Saturday night, Tuesday night, Monday night, and Wednesday night with different material presented, namely Shari'a science, Tawhidic knowledge, and Sufism. These three sciences will support the guidelines in order to have quality worship, which is in accordance with guidance, based on sincere feelings, and has a muraqabah nature. In addition, to create quality worship, worship must have an impact or benefit. With these three sciences, the perceived impact is a means to guide morals, cleanse the soul from liver disease, and avoid social ugliness by always drawing closer to Allah SWT. From the strategies that have been carried out by the Taklim Council, Nurul Musthofa, show that the strategies he carried out could affect the quality of his worshipers' adolescent worship. This can be seen starting from how they know the correct worship procedures until the worship is useful to form a character that is in accordance with the guidelines of religious life and that is exemplified by the scholars.
