Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada pegawai rumah sakit Dharma Nugraha Jakarta Timur.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan desktriptif.Populasi pada penelitia ini berjumlah 157 responden dengan sampel penelitian 110 responden.Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model sebab akibat (causal modeling) atau hubungan dan pengaruh, atau disebut juga dengan analisis jalur (path analysis).Untuk menguji hipotests yang akan diajukan dalam penelitian ini maka teknik analisis kecocokan model yang digunakan adalah SEM (Struktural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan menggunakan program SMART PLS 3.0. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji deteksi pengaruh variabel intervening melalui sobel tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasannya keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi diantaran keduanya. Nilai original sample pengaruh tiga variabel ini adalah 0.518 dan t-statistic > 1,96 yaitu 13,423. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan nilai p-values 0,000 < 0,05 maka variabel keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung. Hasil perhitungan sobel test mendapat nilai sebesar 10,952, nilai tersebut > 1,96, hal ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisaasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Kata Kunci: Keadilan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) ************************* This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) mediated by job satisfaction among employees of Dharma Nugraha East Jakarta hospital. This research uses survey method with descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 157 respondents with a research sample of 110 respondents. The model used in this study is a causal model or relationship and influence, or also called path analysis. To test the hypotheses that will be proposed in this study, the model match analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated using the SMART PLS 3.0 program. In this study, a detection test of the effect of intervening variables was done through multiple tests. The results showed that organizational justice affects organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediation between them. The original sample value of the influence of these three variables is 0.324 and the t-statistic> 1,96 is 6.326. Furthermore, based on a p-value of 0,000 <0.05, the organizational justicevariable influences organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator having a significant indirect effect. The calculation result of the sobel test gets a value of based on the p-value 0,000 <0.05, the organizational justice variable influences organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediator having a significant indirect effect.
