Abstract

Penguasaan kompetensi sosial melalui pelatihan merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan pendidikan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: mendeskripsikan kompetensi sosial mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Tama Jagakarsa, menjabarkan proses pengembangan model pelatihan kompetensi sosial berbasis web dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif, dan menganalisis efektivitas hasil pengembangan model pelatihan kompetensi sosial berbasis web dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model pelatihan kompetensi sosial berbasis web dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research & Development. Proses tahap pengembangan mengadaptasi model Dick and Carey dan Hannafin & Peck. Hasil validasi tim pakar menyimpulkan bahwa model tersebut memenuhi kelayakan pengembangan model pelatihan yang menghasilkan sintaksis dalam pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis web dengan alamat URL: http://social-klub.com dan perangkat fisik yang mendukung kegiatan pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji peserta didik satu-satu, uji kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Selanjutnya uji keefektifan model adalah membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest dengan menggunakan analisis uji-t dan gain skor. Disimpulkan bahwa produk sintaksis prosedur pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis web dan perangkat pendukung memiliki efek nyata pada peningkatan penguasaan kompetensi sosial yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil skor tes awal dengan tes akhir pada uji coba lapangan dengan kenaikan 0,77 termasuk kriteria tinggi, di mana g> 0,70 Mastery of social competence through training is an alternative to improving the quality of graduate teacher education. The research objectives are: describe the social competence of students in the Teacher and Education Faculty at the university of Tama Jagakarsa, describing the process of developing web-based social competency training models with cooperative learning strategies, and analyzing the effectiveness of developing web-based social competency training models with cooperative learning strategies. The object of this study is the development of web-based social competency training models with cooperative learning strategies. The expansion of this research has applied Research & Development research methods. The process of development stages adapts the Dick and Carey and Hannafin & Peck models. The results of the expert team's validation concluded that the model meets the feasibility of developing a training model that produces syntax in web-based cooperative learning with the URL address: http://social-klub.com and physical devices that support training activities. Based on the results of the feasibility test then continued with one-to-one learners, small groups and field trials. Then test the effectiveness of the model is to compare the results of the pretest and posttest and analyzed using t-test and gain scores. It was concluded that the syntax product of web-based cooperative learning procedures and supporting devices had a real effect on improving mastery of social competence as indicated by the results of initial test scores with final tests on field trials with a gain of 0.77 including high criteria, where g> 0.70
