Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menjelaskan pembelajaran menghafal al-Quran dengan Metode Tawazun, menjelaskan kontribusi Metode Tawazun terhadap personal self-esteem, general self-esteem, dan social self-esteem santri di Pesantren Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Cabang Sentul. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan mengambil sampel di Pesantren Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Cabang Sentul. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara terbuka dan analisis isi dokumen. Berdasarkan empat aspek yang diteliti, hasil dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: pembelajaran menghafal al-Qur’an dengan Metode Tawazun dibagi menjadi lima level. Level pertama untuk ziyadah dan level seterusnya untuk muroja’ah agar kecerdasan otak kanan dan otak kiri terlatih secara seimbang dan optimal. Teknik metode ini yaitu membaca, memahami, membayangkan, menghafalkan dan menyetorkan. Adapun manfaat penggunaan Metode Tawazun yaitu memudahkan santri dalam menghafal al-Qur’an; memperoleh pemahaman tentang al-Qur’an; menguatkan dan menjaga hafalan; menumbuhkan motivasi untuk menghafal serta menciptakan hubungan yang intensif antara santri dengan al-Qur’an. Manfaat tersebut memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan personal self-esteem yang ditandai dengan peningkatan perasaan bahagia, kemampuan dalam menghadapi tantangan, mengatasi masalah, dan memotivasi dirinya; serta penerimaan diri yang baik. Manfaat tersebut juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan general self-esteem yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya perasaan berharga dan tujuan hidup santri. Manfaat tersebut juga berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan social self-esteem yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya perasaan diterima oleh lingkungannya dan hubungan yang baik dengan individu atau kelompok lain. Kata Kunci : kontribusi metode menghafal, menghafal al-Quran, self-esteem ****************************** ABSTRACT This study explains learning to memorize the Koran with the Tawazun Method, explaining the contribution of the Tawazun Method to the personal self-esteem, general self-esteem, and social self-esteem of students in the Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Boarding School, Sentul Branch. This research is qualitative by taking a sample at the Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Boarding School, Sentul Branch. In collecting data, researchers used the open interview method and document content analysis. Based on four aspects examined, the results in this study are as follows: learning to memorize the Qur’an with the Tawazun Method is divided into five levels. The first level for ziyadah and the next level for muroja’ah, so that the intelligence of the right brain and left brain are trained in a balanced and optimal way. These techniques are reading, understanding, imagining, memorizing, and depositing. The benefits of using the Tawazun Method are to facilitate students in memorizing the Koran; gain an understanding of the Qur'an; strengthen and maintain memorization; foster motivation to memorize and create intensive relations between students and the Koran. These benefits contribute positively to the improvement of personal cell-esteem which is characterized by an increase in feelings of happiness, the ability to face challenges, overcome problems, and motivate him; and good self-acceptance. These benefits also make a positive contribution to the improvement of general self-esteem, which is characterized by increased feelings of worth, purpose in life, positive attitudes and behavior. These benefits also contribute positively to the increase in social self-esteem, which is characterized by an increased feeling of being accepted by the environment and good relations with other individuals or groups.
