Abstract
Kemitraan sekolah-masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dapat memberikan keuntungan yang besar bagi peserta didik, sekolah, orangtua, dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen sekolah kemitraan pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan alternatif di SMA Terbuka Master (Masjid Terminal), Depok, Jawa Barat. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, peneliti mengumpulkan data terkait subfokus penelitian melalui teknik: 1) wawancara mendalam dan semi terstruktur terhadap 29 informan yang dipilih dengan snowball sampling; 2) observasi partisipatif sebagai tutor relawan; dan 3) telaah dokumentasi dari arsip sekolah, media massa, dan media sosial. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis Yin yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu: compiling, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting, dan concluding. Untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi sumber informan, data, dan waktu serta metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang dilakukan di SMA Master sebagai sekolah kemitraan yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan alternatif, yaitu: 1) merencanakan program kemitraan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan warga belajar dan menetapkan strategi; 2) mengorganisir keterlibatan masyarakat yang berbentuk pengambilan keputusan, kolaborasi dan kegiatan sukarela; 3) menggerakkan personel sekolah-mitra dengan komunikasi serta model kepemimpinan melayani yang menginternalisasi nilai-nilai spiritual ke dalam organisasinya; 4) mengendalikan sekolah kemitraan melalui monitoring dan evaluasi program kemitraan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka peneliti merekomendasikan alternatif manajemen sekolah kemitraan yang potensial, dikelola dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dan tetap menginternalisasi nilai-nilai dari manajemen langit. School-community partnerships in the management of education can provide great benefits for students, schools, parents, and the community itself. This study focuses at the management of partnerships’ school in the implementation of alternative education at Open Secondary School ‘Master’ (Masjid Terminal) located in Depok, West Java. Through a qualitative approach and case study method, the researcher collected data related to the research sub-focus through techniques: 1) in-depth and semi-structured interviews of 29 informants selected by snowball sampling; 2) participatory observation at which the researcher was a volunteer tutor; and 3) study documentation from school archives, mass media, and social media. To analyze the data, the technique of Yin’s analysis was occupied consisting of five stages, namely: compiling, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting, and concluding. To valid the collected data, the researcher triangulated the informant sources, data, and time and methods. The results of this study indicate the existence of management functions carried out at the Master High School as a partnerships’ school that organizes alternative education, namely: 1) planning a partnership program by analyzing the needs of learning citizens and setting strategies; 2) organizing community involvement in the form of decision making, collaboration and voluntary activities; 3) actuating partner-school personnel with communication and servant leadership which spiritual values internalized; 4) controlling a partnership school through monitoring and evaluating partnership programs. Based on these results, the researcher recommends potential alternative partnership school management, managed with management functions and remains to internalize the spiritual values of the celestial management.
