Abstract

NOVIANTI DIAN PRATIWI. Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Stres Akademik Siswa Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi. Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri terhadap stres akademik siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebayak 144 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotional random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebayak 105 siswa. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan, data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan linear. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian disimpulkan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pada variabel kecerdasan emosional (th1: -1,321) serta berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada variabel efikasi diri (th2: -2,019) dengan besar masing-masing ttabel: 1,98350. Sedangkan secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung (5,656) > Ftabel (3,09) dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,316 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 10%. Penelitian ini menemukan secara khusus tingkat stres akademik siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri dengan pengaruh sebesar 10% sedangkan sebesar 90% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on academic stress of accounting and financial students in Vocational High School 17 Jakarta. The population of this study was 144 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling to obtain a sample of 105 students. Test requirements analysis is done, the data are expressed in normal and linear distribution. Based on the analysis of the results of the study concluded that partially negative and not significant effect at emotional intelligence variable (th1: -1,321), and partially negative and significant effect at self-efficacy variable (th2: -2,019) with ttable: 1,98350. While simultaneously obtained Fcount (5,656) > Ftable (3,09) it can be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy have a negative and significant effect on academic stress by obtaining a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.316 and a coefficient of determination of 10%. This study found specifically the academic stress students of financial and accounting at Vocatinal High School 17 Jakarta influenced by emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with an influence of 10% while 90% was influenced by other factors which is not researched.
