Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance, kebijakan utang dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan building construction yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu perusahaan pada kategori perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan building construction yang tercatat di bursa efek indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 39 perusahaan dengan tahun 2016-2018 melalui metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan, kebijakan utang dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Kebijakan Utang, Pertumbuhan Perusanaan, Nilai Perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, debt policy and corporate growth on corporate value in the property, real estate and building construction listed in indonesia stock exchange 2016 – 2018. The research method used is a quantitative research method and uses secondary data, namely companies in the property sector, real estate and building construction companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. Samples were used by 39 companies in 2016-2018 through purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using spss application version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially good corporate governance has no effect on corporate value whereas, debt policy and debt policy corporate growth has a positive effect on corporate value.
