Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian unjuk kerja pada mata diklat simulasi operasional pelayanan pertolongan pertama tingkat menengah PMI. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Cecil R.Reynolds. Model pengembangan ini terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu, (1) Menentukan tugas unjuk kerja (2) Mengembangkan instruksi (3) Mengembangkan prosedur untuk mengevaluasi respon (4) Menerapkan prosedur untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam peringkat. Aktivitas pada tahapan menentukan tugas unjuk kerja adalah menentukan jenis tugas apa yang akan diberikan, berupa penampilan, produk, lisan atau tulisan. Pada tahapan mengembangkan instruksi yaitu membuat petunjuk untuk menyelesaikan tugas indikator. Pada tahapan mengembangkan prosedur untuk mengevaluasi respon yaitu membuat kriteria dan rubrik untuk memfokuskan penilaian agar evaluator tidak salah mengartikan petunjuk penilaian. Pada tahapan menerapkan prosedur untuk meminimalisir kesalahan yaitu melakukan pengajuan instrumen kepada expert review dan uji coba one to one. Dari hasil uji coba tersebut diperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan evaluasi expert review dengan nilai 3,41 (sangat sesuai), dan pada uji coba one to one instrumen tersebut dapat digunakan secara baik, peserta pelatihan juga tidak keberatan pada cara penilaian. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Instrumen Penilaian Unjuk Kerja Mata Diklat Simulasi Operasional Pelayanan Pertolongan Pertama dapat dikatakan sangat sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai acuan penilaian pada pelatihan. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Instrumen Penilaian Unjuk Kerja, Pelatihan This development research aims to produce performance appraisal instruments in the training program for mid-level First Aid Service Operational Simulation. This development uses the Cecil R.Reynolds development model. This development model consists of four stages, namely, (1) select appropriate performance task (2) developing instructions (3) developing procedures for evaluating responses (4) implementing procedures to minimize errors in rating. Activities at the stage of determining the performance task is to determine what type of task will be given, in the form of appearance, product, oral or written. At the stage of developing instructions, namely making instructions to complete the indicator tasks. At the stage of developing procedures for evaluating responses, namely creating criteria and rubrics to focus the assessment so that the evaluator does not misinterpret the assessment instructions. At the stage of implementing procedures to minimize errors that is submitting an instrument to an expert review and trial one to one. From the results of the trial the average overall evaluation of expert review was obtained with a value of 3.41 (very appropriate), and in the one to one trial the instrument could be used properly, the trainees also did not object to the way of assessment. From these results it can be concluded that the Performance Evaluation Instrument of the First Aid Service Operational Simulation Training can be said to be very suitable to be used as a reference for evaluating training.
