Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gerantung, Lombok Tengah dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil Penelitian pada evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa sekolah melaksanakan program pendidikan inklusi sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap pemerintah atas dasar hukum yang jelas dan tujuan program sesuai dengan latar belakang pelaksanaan program. Hasil evaluasi masukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat siswa berkebutuhan khusus sesuai dengan kriteria anak berkebutuhan di sekolah inklusi. GPK tidak melakukan pendampingan dan koordinasi dengan guru kelas. Tidak adanya modifikasi terhadap kurikulum yang digunakan bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan sarana parasarana yang tersedia tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik.. Hasil evaluasi proses menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan RPP yang sama dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat diterima oleh semua siswa. Hasil evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa prestasi akademik siswa berkebutuhan khusus teringgal dengan siswa reguler sedangkan secara prestasi non akademik siswa berkebutuhan khusus dapat bersaing dengan siswa reguler dan siswa berkebutuhan khusus dapat diterima dengan baik di lingkungan sosialnya. KATA KUNCI: Pendidikan Inklusi, Evaluasi Program, CIPP This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the inclusive education program at SDN Gerantung, Central Lombok by using a qualitative descriptive approach to the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, observation, and documentation with research subjects are the principal and teachers. The results of research on context evaluation show that schools implement inclusive education programs as a form of support for the government on a clear legal basis and program objectives according to the background of program implementation. The results of the input evaluation show that there are students with special needs in accordance with the criteria for children with needs in inclusive schools. Special companion teachers do not provide assistance and coordination with class teachers. There is no modification to the curriculum used for students with special needs and the available infrastructure is not utilized properly. The results of the evaluation of the process show that the teacher uses the same learning implementation plan using learning approaches and strategies that are acceptable to all students. The results of the product evaluation show that the academic achievement of students with special needs lags behind that of regular students, while the non-academic achievement of students with special needs can compete with regular students and students with special needs can be well accepted in their social environment.
