Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap inovasi guru pada sekolah menengah kejuruan dengan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Jakarta Utara dengan kurun waktu 5 bulan terhitung mulai April sampai dengan Juli 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Utara yang terdiri dari 267 guru dan sampel 149 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data variabel Efikasi diri (X), Inovasi (Y) dan Kepemimpinan Kewirausahaan (Z) menggunakan data primer. Teknis analisis data menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kepemimpinan kewirausahaan memoderasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap inovasi. Pada hasil perhitungan Path Coefficient, nilai sampel efikasi diri dengan inovasi sebesar 0,321 dan nilai T-Statistics sebesar 5,621 > 1,97 serta P Value 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap inovasi. Selanjutnya nilai sampel efek moderasi terhadap inovasi sebesar 0,132 dan nilai T-Statistics sebesar 2,215 > 1,97serta P Value 0,027 < 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan arah positif jika melihat dari nilai sampelnya sehingga dengan adanya variabel kepemimpinan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel moderasi dapat menguatkan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap inovasi. Kata kunci: Efikasi Diri, Inovasi, Kepemimpinan Kewirausahaan This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher innovation in vocational high schools with the entrepreneurial leadership of the principal as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in the North Jakarta area with a period of 5 months from April to July 2020. The research method used was the survey method correlational approach. The population in this study were vocational school teachers in North Jakarta consisting of 267 teachers and a sample of 149 respondents, using proportional random sampling techniques. Self efficacy variable variables (X), Innovation (Y) and Entrepreneurship Leadership (Z) use primary data. Technical analysis of data using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that entrepreneurial leadership variables moderated the effect of self-efficacy on innovation. In the Path Coefficient calculation results, the value of the self-efficacy sample with innovation was 0.321 and the T-Statistics value was 5.621> 1.97 and P Value 0.000 <0.05. This shows that self-efficacy has an influence on innovation. Furthermore, the sample value of the moderation effect on innovation is 0.132 and the T-Statistics value is 2.215> 1.97 and the P Value is 0.027 <0.05. This shows a positive direction if you look at the value of the sample so that the entrepreneurial leadership variable as a moderating variable can strengthen the effect of self-efficacy on innovation.
