Abstract
CHRISTYANTI, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Enjoyment Terhadap Intention to Use dompet digital Go Pay di Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Enjoyment Terhadap Intention to Use dompet digital Do Pay di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jakarta, selama 6 bulan terhitung sejak Februari sampai dengan Juli 2020. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional, populasi yang digunakan adalah pengguna Go Pay bukan pada akun pribadi di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik Purposive Sampling sebanyak 150 orang. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 11,286 + 0,250 X1 + 0,289 X2 + 0,129 X3. Uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas dengan uji Kolmogorov-Smimov dengan tingkat signifikansi (α) = 5% atau 0,05 dan menghasilkan tingkat signifikan Y bernilai sebesar 0,189, X1 bernilai sebesar 0,247, X2 bernilai sebesar 0,282, dan X3 bernilai sebesar 0,060 karena tingkat signifikansi ketiga variabel tersebut > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal dan dapat digunakan dalam analisis selanjutnya. Uji linieritas regresi Y atas X1, Y atas X2 menghasilkan nilai signifikansi pada Linearity, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa memiliki pengaruh yang linier. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji t dan dihasilkan Y atas X1 thitung = 3.124 dan ttabel = 1.655, Y atas X2 thitung = 4.112 dan ttabel =1.655, Y atas X3 thitung = 2.420 dan ttabel = 1.655. Nilai koefisien korelasi antara variabel perceived usefulness (X1) terhadap intention to use (Y) sebesar 0,175, variabel perceived ease of use (X2) terhadap intention to use (Y) sebesar 0,201 dan nilai koefisien korelasi antara variabel perceived enjoyment (X3) terhadap intention to use (Y) sebesar 0,129. Jadi, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived usefulness terhadap intention to use, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived enjoyment terhadap intention to use. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan perceived enjoyment terhadap intention to use. Koefisien determinasi Y atas X1 diperoleh sebesar 0,175 yang menunjukkan bahwa 17% variabel intention to use ditentukan oleh perceived usefulness. Sementara itu, sisanya 83% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Lalu koefisien determinasi Y atas X2 diperoleh sebesar 0,201 yang menunjukkan bahwa 20% variabel intention to use ditentukan oleh perceived ease of use. Sementara itu, sisanya 80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Koefisien determinasi Y atas X1 diperoleh sebesar 0,175 yang menunjukkan bahwa 17% variabel intention to use ditentukan oleh perceived usefulness. Sementara itu, sisanya 83% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dan koefisien determinasi Y atas X3 diperoleh sebesar 0,129 yang menunjukkan bahwa 13% variabel intention to use ditentukan oleh perceived enjoyment. Sementara itu, sisanya 83% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived Enjoyment Perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment to intention to use wallet digital go pay in jakarta .The purpose of this research is to find perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment to intention to use wallet digital do pay in jakarta .The study is done in jakarta , for six months as from february up to july 2020 .A method of research researchers used was a method of surveying with the approach of correlational , a population that used is the go pay not on accounts personal in jakarta .Technique the sample used is to technique purposive sampling as many as 150 people .The regression equation is produced is Y = 11,286 + 0,250 X1 + 0,289 X2 + 0,129 X3. The requirements of analysis a kolmogorov-smimov the normality by test with a significance (α) = 5 % or 0,05 and yielding a significant degree he worth of 0,189, x1 worth of 0,247, x worth of 0,282, and x3 worth of 0,060 significance variable is because the third > 0,05 have concluded that the data berdistribusi normal and can be used in the following analysis. A correlation coefficient between variables perceived usefulness (X1) intention to use (Y) of 0,175, perceived ease of use (X2) intention to use (Y) 0,201 and value of a correlation coefficient between variables perceived enjoyment (X3) against perceived intention to use (Y) of 0,129. So, is the positive and significant between perceived usefulness to intention to use , positive and significant between perceived ease of use to intention to use , positive and significant influence of perceived enjoyment to intention to use .Thus , it can be concluded a positive and significant is the usefulness of perceived , perceived ease of use and enjoyment of perceived intention to use .The determination and the x1 0,175 receive is showing that 17 % variable intention to use determined by perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, the rest 83 % affected by other factors.And the over determination he x receive is 0,201 indicating that 20 % intention to use variable determined by of perceived ease of use. Meanwhile, the rest 80 % affected by other factors.The over determination he x1 receive is 0,175 indicating that 17 % variable intention to use determined by perceived ease of use.Meanwhile, the rest 83 % affected by other factors.Determination he and coefficients for x3 receive is 0,129 indicating that 13 % variable intention to use determined by perceived enjoyment.
