Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan preferensi pemilihan pasangan hidup antara laki-laki dan perempuan pada dewasa awal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 228 orang, dengan jumlah laki-laki sebanyak 87 orang dan jumlah perempuan sebanyak 141 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis uji Mann-Whitney U Test yang terdapat pada SPSS version 22. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan preferensi pemilihan pasangan hidup antara laki-laki dan perempuan pada dewasa awal. This study aims to determine differences in mate selection preference between men and women in early adulthood. The samples in this study were 228 people, with 87 men and 141 women. This study use a quantitative approach with the Mann-Whitney U Test analysis technique, which contained in SPSS version 22.0. The process of collecting data is done by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that there are significant difference in mate selection preference between men and women in early adulthood.
