Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara deskriptif pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) untuk Guru di SD Negeri 13 Karet Tengsin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penciptaan pengetahuan dari Nonaka Ikujiro. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan proses observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati proses dari pelaksanaan berbagi pengetahuan, kuesioner disebarkan kepada Guru sebagai peserta yang terlibat dalam program berbagi pengetahuan. Serta wawancara yang dilakukan kepada penanggung jawab program. Hasil penelitian akan dideeskripsikan dengan proses pertama yaitu mereduksi data yang telah didapat, lalu menyajikan display data dengan diagram dan presentase, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil data tersebut, sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) untuk guru di SD Negeri 13 Karet Tengsin. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) untuk guru di SD Negeri 13 Karet Tengsin sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Kekurangannya hanya pada aspek proses penyebaran pengetahuan kepada organisasi lain dan kurang menyediakan akses pengetahuan untuk guru dalam, membagikan kepada pengetahuan kepada organisasi lain. This study aims to describe the descriptive implementation of knowledge sharing program (sharing session) for teachers in SD Negeri 13 Karet Tengsin. This research is a descriptive study using the method of creating knowledge from Nonaka Ikujiro. Data collection is done with the observation process, interviews, and questionnaire dissemination. Observations were made to observe the process of knowledge sharing, questionnaires were deployed to Teacher as participants involved in the Knowledge sharing program. As well as interviews made to the program's person. The results will be debated with the first process of reducing the data that has been obtained, then presenting the data display with diagram and percentage, then drawn the conclusion of the data, according to the purpose of this research is describing the implementation of knowledge sharing program (sharing session) for teachers in SD Negeri 13 Karet Tengsin. Results of the study showed that the implementation of knowledge sharing program for teachers in SD Negeri 13 Karet Tengsin was well done. The drawback is only in the process of spreading knowledge to other organisations and providing less access to knowledge for teachers, sharing knowledge with other organisations.
