Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap risky driving behavior pada pengendara sepeda motor yang melewati perlintasan KRL di Kota Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 327 pengendara motor. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan instrumen Risky Driving Behavior dengan koefisien reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,928 dan Shortform Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) dengan koefisien reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,906. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah insidental sampling. Penelitian ini melakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi satu prediktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan F hitung = 71,407 (F hitung > F tabel = 3,870) yang berarti dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara regulasi diri terhadap risky driving behavior pada pengendara sepeda motor yang melintasi perlintasan KRL di Kota Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of self regulation on the risky driving behavior of the motorcycle riders. The samples of the study consisted of 327 riders who do their activities in Jakarta and live in Jabodetabek. The instrument used in the study was Risky Driving Behavior with coefficient Reliability Alpha cronbach 0,928 and Shortform Self Regulation questionnaire (SSRQ) with coefficient reliability alpha cronbach 0,906. The sampling technique used was Incidental Sampling. The study performed hypothesis test with reggression Analysis one predictor. The result of the study was P= 0,000 (p < 0,05) ad F count 71,407(F count > F table = 3,870). It can be concluded that there was a signifcant effect of self regulation on risky driving behavior of motorcycle riders who pass the railroad crossing in Jakarta.
