Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui tourist motivation berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, 2) Untuk mengetahui tourist motivation berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, 3) Untuk mengetahui destination reputation berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, 4) Untuk mengetahui novelty seekimg berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, 5) Untuk mengetahui novelty seekimg berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, 6) Untuk mengetahui customer satisfaction berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada Taman Safari Cisarua, Bogor. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Objek penelitian ini adalah 230 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Taman Safari Cisarua dengan minimal satu kali kunjungan dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dari software AMOS versi 22 untuk mengolah dan menganalisa data hasil penelitian. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tiga dari hipotesis diterima dan tiga lainnya ditolak. The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine tourist motivation has positive and significant influence on revisit intention, 2) To determine tourist motivation has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, 3) To determine destination reputation has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, 4) To determine novelty seeking has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, 5) To determine novelty seeking has positive and significant influence on revisit intention, 6) To determine customer satisfaction has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in Taman Safari Cisarua, Bogor. The data collection method uses a survey method with instruments in the form of questionnaires that are distributed online. The object of this study were 230 respondents who had visited Taman Safari Cisarua with at least one visit in the past one year. Data analysis using SPSS version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from AMOS software version 22 to process and analyze data research results. The result of the hypothesis test shows that three of the hypotheses were accepted and the other three were rejected.
