Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media film animasi pendek terhadap kemampuan menulis teks narasi (cerita imajinasi) siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta. Penelit ian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta, dengan pengambilan satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen secara acak, yaitu kelas VII F. Subjek penelitian ini ialah 25 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data tes awal dan tes akhir untuk mengetahui nilai kemampuan menulis teks narasi (cerita imajinasi). Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut : 1) Terdapat pengaruh media film animasi pendek terhadap kemampuan menulis Teks narasi (cerita imajinasi) berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t yang memperoleh thitung > ttabel, dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 sehingga 8,58 > 2,06, 2) Ho ditolak, serta terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata pada tes awal kelas eksperimen memperoleh 57,44 sedangkan tes akhir menjadi 77,76. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh media film animasi pendek terhadap kemampuan menulis teks narasi (cerita imajinasi). Saran penelitian ini sebaiknya guru atau peneliti selanjutnya mampu meningkatkan pembelajaran secara lebih aktif agar motivasi dan semangat siswa dalam diskusi konsisten. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas IX, yaitu pada Kompetensi Dasar (KD) 3.6 Menelaah struktur dan aspek kebahasaan cerita pendek yang dibaca dan didengar, dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) 4.6 Mengungkapkan pengalaman dan gagasan dalam bentuk cerita pendek dengan memperhatikan struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan. This study aims to determine the effect of animated short film media on the ability to write narrative text (imaginary stories) of seventh grade students of 97 Junior High School. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study were students of class VII 97 Junior High School, by taking one class as an experimental class randomly, namely class VII F. The subjects of this study were 25 students of class VII 97 Junior High School. This research uses pretest and posttest data to determine the value of the ability to write narrative text (imaginary stories). The results of this study are as follows: 1) there is an effect of short animation film media on the ability to write narrative text (story imagination) based on hypothesis testing with the t-test obtained, thitung > ttabel with a significant level of 0.05 so that 8.58 > 2, 06, 2) Ho is rejected, and there is a difference in the average score of the experimental class pretest gets 57.44 while the posttest becomes 77.76. The conclusion of this research is the influence of short animat ion film media on the ability to write narrat ive text (imaginary stories). The suggestion for this research is that the teacher or further researcher be able to increase learning more actively so that the motivation and enthusiasm of students in the discussion are consistent This research has implications for learning Indonesian for grade IX, namely Basic Competence (KD). 3.6 Examining the structure and linguistic aspects of short stories that are read and heard, and Basic Competency (KD) 4.6 Express experiences and ideas in the form of short stories by paying attention to the structure and rules of language.
