Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kesehatan mental emerging adulthood di Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 432 responden yang berusia 18-25 tahun dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Mental Health Inventory (MHI) oleh Veit & Ware dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 25 (CD-RISC 25) oleh Connor & Davidson. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier satu prediktor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan resiliensi terhadap kesehatan mental emerging adulthood di Jakarta. Kemudian, resiliensi terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesehatan mental. Artinya apabila resiliensi emerging adults tinggi, maka dapat diprediksi kesehatan mental pun akan tinggi. This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on emerging adulthood mental health in Jakarta. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google form to 432 respondents aged 18-25 years and domiciled in Jakarta. In this study, the measuring instruments used were Mental Health Inventory (MHI) by Veit & Ware and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 25 (CD-RISC 25) by Connor & Davidson. Analysis of the data used is linear predictor analysis of one predictor. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of resilience on mental health of emerging adulthood in Jakarta. Then, resilience is proven to have a positive influence on mental health. This means that if resilience of emerging adults is high, then it can be predicted that mental health will be high.
